Hi,
I booked one flat in pal Garden in
2009 and allotted a 2BHK flat of size 1250 Sqft in tower-F.
I have paid a amount of around 15L/- whereas the total cost of the flat was around 27L/-

As i submitted the amount of twelve lakh thirty four thousand two hundred and ninty six (1234296rs) to the pal infrastructure & developers till 21st oct, 2009. And i also attach the receiving receipts of the pal group with this. So please let us know what step we take so that we can get our flat or we get our refund

Flat not handover since more than 10 years

I have booked a flat in PAL Group, sector 78 Faridabad project (area 1116 sq. ft 2BHK Luxery Flat.) in the year 2006.
I have deposited Rs. 9.22 Lakhs so far and they had allotted me Flat E-402 in the year 2009, some construction work was seen till 2014 but since then there is no progress.
Now more than 10 years are passed and there is no symbol of handover the flat, hence I demand my money back with Bank Fixed Deposit Interest as early as possible.

Builder has duped investors of their hard-earned money by collecting crores of rupees by promising flats, villas, plots in Faridabad, Gurgaon, Rewari, etc. He also cheated investors in Chit Fund scam. We do not know where to go for recovery of our money. Complaints filed. But what action taken. No one informs. Is there a way to recover our money. Kindly suggest,

Even we have been duped by PAL Group. We had booked a flat in 2008 in Sector 89 Faridabad and yet to receive the possession. If some litigation is being planned, please count me in. My number is [protected]/[protected].

Villa fraud

i have booking one 200 yards villa at Sector 78 Faridabad with Pal Group in Feb 2007. They shown us the papers of the land. but after 2 years of booking they told us that this land is not alloted to us so we are shifting the area from sector 78 to sector 89 faridabad. but we were interested only in sector 78. so we wnt there for the refund of our money. they told us that they will give post dated cheque of one year date. sir how we rely on them in that matter. till date they dont have remove even a stone from the land. sir i have given sum of Rs 850000/- as a booking amount.
kindly suggest me that how i can process the matter and get back my money
i have filed a case in cosumer court 5 years back
plz suggest what to do now
