We purchased palmarihna membership in march 2018 and paid 1, 30, 000 rupees. Till date we have not received any login details or membership card. With their unprofessional behaviour we put comments on google after that they agreed to refund however want us to remove the comments. We mentioned the same on mail but later they forced us to remove the comments first, on which we asked them to send the confirmation over the mail that once we removed the comments they will surely refund our money which they never did. As we understand their intentions so we asked them to at least arrange international holiday for us still they are not reverting back not even answering the calls and messages.
They are simply targeting the out-station people and looting them with their fake membership plan.

While booking i pre purchase smart kid bag with meal combo and in flight i got only bag no meal in there they denies completely my kid remain hungry empty stomech i mean what the hell is this i add my booking detail with pnr attached if i don't get answer about this i have video and also call recording about my meal combo i will put it into social media and also put it into consumer

March 2018 we took their membership as they promised and confirmed us regarding their tie ups with 5* hotels like w hotel, holiday inn, shelton, marriott etc and took 1, 30, 000 rupees and still some amount is remaining. Since we have not received any membership login details. And not satisfactory reply. Even the sales agent is not bother to either call, msg or email to us....
