We have applied for Pan No and a new name has been change of the Company Namo Fibres Pvt. Ltd., BQ-34, Ground Floor, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. NSDL receipts No- [protected] DT. 09-07-09 . Pan Card not received till today.

This is creating problems for in filing company returns as the Tax authorities are not able to view Company new name on the PAN website. Request you to make changes to the database urgently. Company PAN is AAACR1205M. Company My new name that should be appearing on the PAN database should be Namo Fibres Pvt.Ltd.

ARLPM7267p coupon no.[protected], Sir I called up no's of time to the pan card department [protected] and as per the suggestion of Vijaya Employee of pan card department I had faxed letter twice I have the receipt of fax. Last time I had again words with Vijaya she accepted that she had received my fax she matched all the relevent details and answered that I will receive my pan card on this Monday but Monday has already passed I wait till Tuesday but I dint get my pan card so today 19/01/2011 I called up to the pan card phone no same as given had words with Vijaya She confirmed all the details and denied that she dint received fax sir I have already recorded he voice last time when I had words with her. She accepted that she got the fax and gave time till Monday 17/01/2011, but I dint get so after listening to this she put my call on hold I was on hold for more than 10-15 min. than call was disconnected I called back again same thing she did confirmed all the details and put me on hold infact this time I had asked her to not put me on hold she listen to that answered yes but she put me on hold without my permission I was waiting for her responsed for 10- 15 again call disconnected dint get any resoponsed Kindly help me to get my pan card I have all the proof that I have faxe she received that fax. Now she is denying.

I had recieved my pan card (ACRPN9755A)with my month of birth wrong. It shoed 17/08/1973 instead of 17/03/1973. I had send the same for correction through Mr.A.P.RAJASUNDARAM, SURYA INVESTMENTS SERVICE, MALAPPURAM, KERALA(PSA CODE3KRD612) with my original pan card and a photocopy of my passport on 12/03/07(csf no:[protected], coupon no:[protected]). i have not recieved the same till date.
i re applied for correction through the same agency on 07/06/08(csf no:[protected], coupon no:[protected] . I dont have the photocopy of the old one and have not recieved the new one till date and so I am not able to do any transactions leave alone open a bank account. wHEN I CALLED THRISSUR UTI FOR CLARIFICATIONS THEY SAY THAT ALL THE NUMBERS INCLUDING MY PAN NO IS SHOWN AS NVALID, WHILE I HAVE BEEN PAYING I.T AS T.D.S TO THIS AND ALSO HAVE RECIEVED REFUNDS. My wife has applied for PAN and received it on time. Surprisingly her date of birth on PAN card is mentioned as[protected]! I did not know IT departments are issuing PAN cards to people of age 4.

Anyway, we applied for a correction 5 months back. Since then it has been a horror story. Repeated phone calls, multiple emails, furnishing documents by courier etc. No result. UTI TSL is claiming they have sent corrected PAN card by Dept. of Post UCP 2 months back. But we never received it. Post office has no clue where it is. UTI TSL has no clue where it is.

I am wondering why they send it by unreliable Indian Postal Service. Why can't they send PAN card by courier ? Private service at any time much more reliable than Govt. service. She is paying lakhs of rupees as Income Tax and while it comes to receive her PAN card, govt. can't even spend Rs. 40 for assured delivery of the card ? Shame on IT department, shame on UTI TSL. Don't do a job if you can't do it sincerely and properly. Do not cause sufferings for common man.

ARLPM7267p coupon no.[protected], Sir I called up no's of time to the pan card department [protected] and as per the suggestion of Vijaya Employee of pan card department I had faxed letter twice I have the receipt of fax. Last time I had again words with Vijaya she accepted that she had received my fax she matched all the relevent details and answered that I will receive my pan card on this Monday but Monday has already passed I wait till Tuesday but I dint get my pan card so today 19/01/2011 I called up to the pan card phone no same as given had words with Vijaya She confirmed all the details and denied that she dint received fax sir I have already recorded he voice last time when I had words with her. She accepted that she got the fax and gave time till Monday 17/01/2011, but I dint get so after listening to this she put my call on hold I was on hold for more than 10-15 min. than call was disconnected I called back again same thing she did confirmed all the details and put me on hold infact this time I had asked her to not put me on hold she listen to that answered yes but she put me on hold without my permission I was waiting for her responsed for 10- 15 again call disconnected dint get any resoponsed Kindly help me to get my pan card I have all the proof that I have faxe she received that fax. Now she is denying.

My PAN card has been despatched on 13-Oct-2009 to my office address at Admn-III, Room No. 530, DADF, Ministry of Agriculture, krishi Bhavan, New Delhi-110001 by Overnite Express ltd. courier vide airway bill no. [protected]. No one contacted to me till today. While tracking the said AW No. through internet I come to know a wonderful story that I am not available on 26.10.09 (Monday). Instantly I tried my best to contact Overnite Express Ltd over phone [protected], person attending this phone direct me to contact customer care on phone no(s) [protected] to 26(last two Digits). I could contact to Nitin at [protected] on 27.10.09, I was told that his soft ware is out of service so he was not able to hepe me in tracking my curier. Thereafter, inspite of my best effort, I could not get any help form customer care on 27.10.09 till night. On 28.10.09 I contacted the customer care and come to know that my curier has been returned to Mumbai.

MY feeling towards your service Overnite Express Ltd. courier is very bitter and hope that the will revamp the delivery systeem otherwise time & market valiu will teach a hard lession.

NSDL is RED TAPE TECHNOLOGY and there is Unhealthy and Deliberate Technology Nexus with one banking institution which collects the PAN fee on behalf of NSDL and parks with it for 20 plus days resulting in undue harrasment of PAN applicants.

E-mails sent to Pune office fetch no responses.

If one happen to visit NSDL Pune office, every alternate applicant is having one or the other issue the applicants are treated NSDL courtesy.

The scanners of NSDL Pune are so great that they should be moved to Madame Tussauds museum or should be dumped in Bermuda Triangle as they can't scan photos. Wait more things to come. I have forwarded my complaint To Mr. Gagan Rai CMD of NSDL and moving to Banking Ombudsman and RBI for unholy nexus explained above with one particular bank.

My PAN card number is AQLPP6946R. My PAN card has my name as Kirti Prakash however my correct name is Kirti Prakash Pandey. I requested to correct my name in PAN card. My acknowledgement number is [protected]. I attached my 10th class certificate and bank statement for my ID proof. However I found that it got rejected becoase they didn't find my ID proff suffciant. After calling TIN-Call Center they told me to correct my name over my PAN card I need to provide a letter from a Gazetted officer. I don't know any Gazetted officer however I am paying income tax through this PAN number for last three years. If income tax departement could not correct my PAN card information without Gazetted officer signature please reject my this PAN card and provide a new PAN card to me.

I had applied for a reprint of PAN card on 27th April 2011 through NSDL website after I lost my PAN card. I have not received it even after a month whereas NSDL claims to to provide the card within 15 days. I complaint is regarding no information about the status of my application.

The following documents were enclosed as:

Proof of Identity: Copy of credit card statement
Proof of Address: Copy of bank account statement/passbook
Proof of PAN: Copy of PAN card and FIR of lost PAN
along with the copy of application form with acknowledgment no. on all the docs.
Acknowledgment no of the application is [protected].

A Few days after application I got a response that my acknowledgment form did not have my photograph and signature. I very clearly remember that I had signed my form and had pasted a good quality photograph on it.

However I still sent a separate photograph and specimen signature again though dtdc plus courier on 19th May which as per the records has reached the online PAN department. but I again got a response that they don't have my photo and signature.

Could you please look into the issue, I very urgently need my Pan Card and the process has already taken more than a month.

However I still sent a separate photograph and specimen signature again though dtdc plus courier on 19th May which as per the records has reached the online PAN department. but I again got a response that they don't have my photo and signature.

Could you please look into the issue, I urgently need my Pan Card and the process has already taken more than a month.
