i received this error while applying correction pan card and after this error i have tryed two times and payed two times but i didnt received my payment

I have applied my pan 41 days before and coupon number is m[protected] my application status shown your application will be processed subject to successful aadhaar verification with uidai records and i need to know when will i get my pan card i need my pan urgently for my job verification my mobile number [protected], email id [protected]@gmail.com pls rectify this asap...

Respected sir,

It is to bring to your kind notice that i am mrs. Meenu jain d / o sh. Rakesh jain w / o sh. Gaurav jain and permanently, currently residing at b - 181, first floor front, vivek vihar delhi since my marriage dated 06. 03. 2006. That i am not very conversant with english language and non - working hindi medium educated homely woman. I do not work and do not earn and i do not have any income accordingly.

It is further stated that my husband sh. Gaurav jain had earlier created my pan card during year 2011 that was issued in my name by him without my knowledge / consent and i have never filed nor signed any document in this respect. That i later found the same in my above said matrimonial home. My husband told me that he needed to create it for my dda flat registration that was booked in my name by my father / brother hence my husband created and used my aforesaid pan card and transferred my dda flat in his name, further it is recently discovered that he also sold out my dda flat at that time itself but he told me that he has rented out the same.

I earlier ignored the said pan card and considered it as another identity card / proof like aadhar card, ration card etc. It is further stated that i have never used it for any tax filing purposes or any other similar purposes.

It is further stated that i have filed several complaints and a domestic violence complaint case accordingly due to several conducts by my husband. I have faced several other atrocities during the pendency of the case as well. Therefore i also have apprehensions that my husband sh. Gaurav jain may have misused aforesaid pan card and / or he may use for his malafide purposes.

It is therefore requested that the pan card no. Aqrpj2197e issued in my name i. E. Mrs. Meenu jain be cancelled / closed and be suspended for any use with immediate effect.

It is further also requested to take appropriate action, register complaint, conduct enquiry and investigation accordingly in the interest of justice.

Note: the above application and its contents have been drafted on my instructions and the same have been read over to me in hindi.
