I applied for my duplicate PAN Card along with surname change in Feb.20 to UTI & all documents along with application form was couriered & various other documents were mailed. However even after 10 months I have not yet received my PAN also the team is asking to reshare application form for which I didn’t keep any copy. Also the Coupon number shared is not traceable by ITD . G[protected] is the coupon number which got shared from [protected]@panind.com

Track status from the site says no update and documents not received even after confirmation from the courier service. On contacting the mentioned number, the phone is switched off.

My brother kunal kumar submitted application for pan (Acknowledgement no n-[protected]) on feb 2020. However he has not received the pan yet. I checked the status online it showed it was undelivered and returned to nsdl. Kindly resend the pan at earliest

I had submitted amount 500 rs three four months back. Still i havent got anything. Now i'll have to file complaint in police station. I need either my refund or pan card. Last time they were asking me my card and bank details. If this is not resolved in next two days i have to file fraud complaint. I have been patient about this matter but now its been alot of time. I need immediate actions.

Sir my pan card was lost anyway so i am applying for new pan card and pan india is showing that my pan card has been dispatched throught speed post vide consignment no ea[protected]in. But my consignment is not received yet and speed post tracking no showing that this consignment has not dispatched.

I applied for my pan card through online in panind.com. For which it cost ₹499. But i could find ₹180 in other bsdl website. As i'm trying to cancel my application it couldn't be possible. And the contact number which they mentioned is out of service and the website is not working.

I want them to credit my money back for cancelling the application

I had raised a request of Issuing a duplicate pan card last year from this company at that time they had vikas puri delhi registered office all my transactions has been done successfully of Rs 495 and after so much of follow up and escalation on mail([protected]@panind.com) and mobile no.([protected]) but received no response and solution and they had also give the wrong airway bill no.EA[protected]IN(oct"18) which shows wrong delivered address and city

I have applied for my lost pan card. But i dont have proofs that are required as attachments to speed post you. I have submitted my complaint through email. But they didnt respond. I tried many times for customer care number but no one is responding. Poor service i mailed twice regarding my complaint but there is no response from the company. I need my refund as soon as possible. Please respond immediately.

18th july'2018 i had fill up an application online in pan india site due to few correction of my surname, after filling the details properly i have pay rs.499/-. Hence, after downloading the form i saw that the surname box is blank, due to this default i am sent a mail to this [protected]@panind.com to know that the manual rectification is possible or not. But till date they has no reply to me. Then i again mail to same address for reverse the rs.499/- on 20th july, which is possible as per their t & c. Order id is su-[protected]cr

I have not received my pan which is dispatched to me. When i enquired it is found that my pan card is redirected to nsdl on 31/05/18 citing that the addressee moved. But so far my knowledge no one has approached me on such date. My pan number is amcpr 5037 l. Since i got amail that it is dispatched, i have cancelled my programme and remained at my residence.

My renewed pan card was dispatched on 14-jun-2018 through velex courier services by pan india. It reached velex local branch (As per my address) by 16-jun-2018. These bugger (Velex guys) don't even call / intimate / even don't respond when i call back regarding my courier. Somehow i got the number and tried them to speak on my delivery, a lady promptly gives info based on my awb no, and told they can deliver the next day which was happened 5 days back. Now there is no response on the number. Customer service is horrible.

I have tried to make a payment of rs 349 on 18.4.2018 at around 12:30 pm through hdfc netbanking but the transaction was unsuccessful but the amount got debited from my account and i neither got any confirmation from pan india or payubiz... Which i got when i made the payment again at 6:30 pm on the day day i contacted the bank they are saying it is done with the bank check with the merchant... My transaction ref no is[protected]... I applied for e-pan card on jan 2. I received the envelope containing pan card. But that envelope had a cut, which seems to be made by a ruler intentionally. The size of the cut is enough to take pan card out and again put it back. The papers with the card also has 2 types of creases :
A) original one that must have been made when the posted it
B) made because of tempering
When i asked the delivery man of akashganga courier, he said, "sir we also received the envelope in same condition". I dont know who did this but pan card photocopy can be used in many places as an identity proof.in simple terms, it can be misused in numerous ways. I want to make this issue visible to everyone and officials to take more care about this thing. And, i want my present card to be discarded and want new pan no.
Person who can be blamed directly are akashganga courier : near allahabad bank, meera nagar, chittorgarh, rajasthan

When i contacted the panind through email/phone there was no response. I was trying for the last 2 month except the auto-generated emails no information from this organisation. Order id su-[protected]n coupen no[protected] name sujatha sir, i have attached 2 copies of aadhaar card and sslc mark sheet for age proof with application. Coupen no received. Pan card has not been received yet. But no response so far. While checking with website, it is read that pdob proof required. I have sent sslc mark sheet for age proof already. Please help me in getting it.

Respected sir/ madam,

I didn't receive my pancard yet though i got an email from panindia saying that it will be delivered within 3 to 4weeks. I need help in this regard as i have completed all the formalities on my behalf and i have even paid the fees online. Every time i write them over mail, only one reply comes apologising for the delay as they are having other workload. Please do something to help me in this regard.
