I had ordered slimming panty product and received a really bad quality product for which i paid ₹799. Order number pa24293
They had mentioned on site that within 15 days you can return the product. I tried applied for return request but got no reply from them.. Called customer care there was no reply then i realised its a fakesite.. Please help i need a refund.. The product is still packed as received.

I don't understand why my money is not refunded as per email once received from panty avenue no order was placed. I see there is payment credit to 3 dom international what is it who will refund money payumoney n bank says to check with merchant.

Very bad experience with this fake site, as the product is fake and very small size but the site mention there that the product is of high quality and free size, i was really disappointed and felt cheated after opening the product, even they hv not answering my massage. Panty avenue is sending small size product saying it's free size but it's not at all free size.
After that when I am sending email to them for returning the product, they are not replying.

My Order # PA55142, please help me to get my 800 rs back, it's my hard earned money.

Also request you to block this site so that other people should not be fooled by this cheat site.

I ordered a tummy tucker from the company which guarantees refund in case customer is not satisfied.

When I received the product, it was ill fitted and when I mailed them, they don't respond back. While the 24*7 customer care no. Is unreachable. It is a fraudulent website. Don't buy anything from them.

Request you to help me reach out to them and get my refund.

I have received my order but i want to return it, as it is not fitting me properly.
But there is no link on website which i can select to return the product. They claim at the time of purchase 'hassel free 30 days return', but now they are not responding and the toll free number given on website is also fake. After single ring they automatically rejects the call.

Hi, i ordered this product after seeing it on facebook and it stated free size and when i am calling them to return the product as it too small, they are not responding to my calls and neither are they replying to the form i've filled on their website (www.pantyavenue.com) i am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied as i've been cheated by this company... I need my refund as the product is no good to me as its extremely small... This company is fraud...

Hi had. Ordered a product from panty avenue after watching the ad on face book it said that it is free size and was showing tht even middle aged women can use it... However after opening it to my utter shock i saw that it was a very small size that fits a waist 26 immediately i rebooked a return thru their form but no response so i emailed them i got a response stating to send the photo of the product which i did... After that waitied for a response still no reply so had to register my complaint... Pls help. Me to get my refund
