Complaining about the absence of sound barriers On the bridges which are next to residential areas.
The various issues citizens residing next to the bridge are facing. Sir as per the government, sound barriers are to be placed on the bridges which are next to residential areas but in panvel this step is not being entertained.
The motor bikes, cars, trucks produce lot of nuisance and this is nowadays being a issue of sound pollution to the people. The intensity of the pollution is extreme nowadays. Many old citizens are getting hearing defect because of such sound. It is also hampering the social life of citizen.
The sound barriers which are placed in Mumbai, Pune, Thane the same should be place in panvel is an request from me. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and try to solve it.

Encroachment of Allotted Space
Space allotted under Backward category to Ganesh communications outside Sector 06, Municipal Garden, next to Regency Garden has been encroached by a vegetable vendor by breaking the door and window.Earlier a Kavadiwala had used it illegally for 6months.
It is creating a nuiscance and also a health hazzard due to strewen vegetables.

Tree plantation mandate surrounding residential complex

I want to understand the guidelines on planting, maintaining trees around residential complex. We used to have a sole wild tree right outside our society compound which was uprooted without informing us by local group as it was part of cricket ground. We have tried multiple times planting trees around our complex with no luck - as those get uprooted for some or the other reason. What is the role of municipal corporation in these scenarios and the mandate for having trees around society?

Unauthorised works in the flats of raghunath vihar sec 14 kharghar
_1. Does anyone really takes the cognisance of the unauthorised works carried out in the flats against the MCS Act by- laws ? Even if you take it in writing to the Jt Registrar CIDCO, no action is taken due to the "Good Relationship " existing between the Society Management and all the higher authorities be it police, Mahanagar Palika or the Jt Registrar CIDCO making a fool of the complainant._&
*_2. In Raghunath Vihar Sec - 14. Kharghar 410210, 80 % flats are being hammered out of shape to beautify these !!! .Though, the Panvel Corporation staff has visited all these flats to work out the property tax, no one has raised any finger against such heavy breakages taken under the umbrella of " RENOVATION " !!!. Perhaps they are waiting for someone to take it officially in writing!!! As taking action by seeing it on ground doesn't fall within the preview of their duties!!!. Small repairs like window grill etc are overlooked though not in order, breaking it in most disproportionate and haphazard manner has become order of the day !!!

3*_. In the lighter vein, onlookers say that as long as a CANTEEN exists in society premises, the management need not worry such thousnds complaints !!!. _*
4*_ Will the e oncerned staff in the Panvel Mahanagar palika visit the society and see it for themselves . They don't have to look for it as the right from entrance to the society the " NAZARA " can be noticed !!!. _*

Complaint regarding illegal and unlawful construction by the flat owners/resident members in our society

My name is Balram Ambati and I am resident of Flat number A-503, Kulswamini Residency Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd, Plot No.183, Sector-13, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai 410210. I am registered member of our society.
I would like to bring into your consideration the unlawful construction being dine at our Society by some Flat owners/residents and they are indulging in illegal constructions and structural changes in their Flats and change the Plan of Building and which is causing an issue to structure of the entire Building.
That the construction was originally done by the builder upon the Plan approved by Town Planning Officer, CIDCO and nobody can change or alter the elevation and/or external walls/windows without the permission of Society and CIDCO.
Some of the Flat owner/resident has illegally constructed a work in their flats, they have illegally broken external windows and society walls and put up T angle beam of metal and carried out all the additional wall or structure out of the building, so they could utilize more space in their Flats, hence I hereby submit my Complaint under Bye-law No. 172 of Co-Operative Housing Society Act for illegal modifications in the flat by some flat owners.
You know the illegal structures and unauthorized additions to the structures are in serious breaches of relevant laws and ordinance.
Whether these structural changes in their flat are done with Society's permission and permission from CIDCO? So what Action can be taken against them?

The shopkeeper occupied full footpath as well as half road..

Hi sir/madam,
This is complaint against the shopkeeper who resides on road which connects kalamboli bharat gas agency and kalaboli police station.
Most of the shopkeeper has two wheeler garages in this line, and they have accupied whole road with the old vehicles which are probably there for many years and the footpath which have seat cover for sales and they are repairing the vehicles in between the road. People are not able to walk from this road properly. And they are making so much noise of horns ..
Please look into this as soon as possible.
Hope you may take actions on this as early as possible.

This is to inform you that i am the resident of Siddhi Vinayak Garima Housing Society (Taloja - Ghot campl, Koyna Valey Village) [Flat no. 8, Bldg no.6, L-Wing]
In my society there stray Dogs always roams here and there and they keep on barking to the bikes and Cars, and new persons, AND that is very dangerous myself was about to had an accident because of their barking today. They runs behind and threats us because of them other Dogs also starts running behind.
This is getting serious day by day for me. Kindly take them from here and also send notice to society to not allow such thing inside society premises because they are not the PET dogs.

Swachh bharat song too loud
Respected sir, I am a resident of sector 12 kharghar. I'd like to bring to your notice that the song by kailash kher about swach bharat, played every morning since 7 am till almost 9 am is greatly distrubing the residents. Many elderly, sick people or students preparing for exams are facing inconvenience as the sound is loud and very repetitive.

Illegal garages and vendors setup in sector 22 in market plot

This is to inform you that in kamothe sector 22, opposite to plot number 25 there is municipal plot and a market within it.
There is illegal garage, car washing station, and other shops setup in the municipal plot.
Due to this there lot of noise pollution during day till 8.00 pm.
Secondly the ares also gets dirty.
Request you to kindly look into it and take appropriate action

I am from kamothe resides at sec-35, plot-36, In our lane panvel municipal corporation does not pick up garbage on regular basis and we have to complain every time to pick up the garbage . Frequent road accidents, almost on a daily basis on flyover joining Khanda Colony and New Panvel.
I am a resident of Khanda Colony.
The flyover starts immediately in front of my building.
There are frequent accidents happening on the flyover. There seems to be some structural fault in it. Please analyse the issue as we are tired of seeing people get hurt almost on a daily basis and sometimes we even get to witness 3-4 accidents in a day.
Please look into this issue on an immediate basis.
We have not yet lost any life due to it, but should not wait for it to happen and then take any strict action.

Payment of property tax

As I have paid the property tac bill for the year 2020-21 in Feb 27, 21 through NEFT but the reconciliation not done by PMC, PMC raised the property tax bill for the year 21-22 also, when I have paid the bill online in June 21 for the year 21-22 but it has taken for the year 20-21 & pending amount is shown against my property, I have visited PMC office in last week of June 21, they have checked the record the payment available in the system but it was not credited due to non reconsilation of the payment, several time I have calll but no use, all the staff are doing time pass from last two months, these type of behavior not acceptable.

At kamothe, sector11, near Sushma Patil school, road work done only at one side and other side is pending due to which rain water logging cause inconvenience to public and also may cause to accident.

Lack of privacy due to seats in garden
There no maintenance of garden in sec 5 kamothe due to which people leaving nearby have to face problem. The placement of the seat are not proper due to which people seating in the gardens face towards the building and there is lack of privacy for those who live next to garden. Also their is no proper timing for the garden due to which the local boys sit till late night in the garden use abusive language which is bad when there is small children in the home and make the environment more worst to live.

Navi Mumbai building name Elite Home registered cooperative housing society there are and continuing to build ill legal reconstruction on common areas and parking areas as this 8 year old bldg. Common areas..Flower beds...balconies...bathrooms...kitchen’s and even parking sheds have been re constructed beyond permissible limits risking lives & violating fire & safety law. With common areas being reconstructed encroached without permission. Pease help us to removing these added structures and extensions remove encroached areas with fining the society and residents who have violated and continue to not abide rules.
All these reconstruction have resulted in severe leakage issues in all sides both internal and external areas/walls of all the 24 flats. Illegal parking roofs on society ground has been built witjout cidco approval. All this violating the fire & safety rules. Common arears used to extend flat owners benefits. Extended grills on balconies and..terrace flats. The managing committee is senior citizen and weak and have asked your help to safeguard security concerns.
Request your good selves to kindly look into our matter and REMOVE & FINE all illegal extension encroachments and parking roofs and rooms, balconies and terrace extensions to safeguard the building structure.
