Sir/Madam

I JC 669644H retired from Army Service Corps (South) on 31 Aug 2021 (AN) from 60 Coy ASC (Sup) Type 'G'. I have already written to PAO (OR) ASC (South) for release my with held amount Rs. 12000/- for retention of Govt Married Accommodation at the time of retirement. All relavant documents have been fwd to PAO OR ASC (South) vide 60 Coy ASC letter No 574/4/Q dt 02 Apr 2022 and again copy forwards by me through speed post on 13 Jun 2022 but so far the amount not refunded to me.
2. Also kindly adjust increased DA @ 31% for leave encashment 300 days which has been adjusted [protected]@ 28% due to Govt has already issued notification regarding incr DA.
3. My luggage claim also not yet adjusteds. please lookinto the matter at the earliest for adjust above said claims/refunds.

2. I have retired from the service on 05 Sep 2012. I have submitted all the documents before I left the service. Although more than five months have passed neither am I received any money from your office.

3. In view of the above, I request your honour to credit the amount due for me at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

I (JC-642849N Sub (Hony Capt) Rajinder Kumar Vashisht) have retired from Army Service Corps wef 31 Dec 2011 (AN).

Income Tax due was deducted by the PAO (OR) ASC (South) Bangalore during the financial year.

While we were in Bangalore to complete the discharge formalities, we had requested concerned officials at the PAO (OR) ASC (South) to issue us the Form 16. We were informed that Form 16 were not ready and would be sent on notified address(es) home / last unit in due course.

About 11 months have already passed. Neither Form 16 have been sent on notified address(es) of home / last unit nor nsdl site is showing the tax deposit in Form 26AS.

ASC Records (South) as well PAO (OR) ASC (South) to look into and address the issue on priority to avoid any complication.

Regards
