Your office had dedicated rRs 1, 62, 794/-.in the month of Mar 2009 after a gap of 26 years.Army order 32/80 regarding this issue has already been forwarded vide 512 ASC BN letter No 512479/HQ/ST12 dt 02 May 2025.No refund has been initiated till date.DO letter was...

It is submitted that I No 6389025H Ex Hav/Clk Shailendra Kumar MACP granted on 15 Mar 2007 and retired on 31 Aug 2007.
I have promoted to the rank of Hav on 25 Feb 1999 and seniority wef Sep 1998.
So that I have not received FSA after granting the MACP.

In view of the above you are requested to please send a copy of FSA for my records please....

1. It is intimated that PLI Policy No APS-834018L in respect of JC-675626W Nb Sub/Clk Ajit Kumar Singh of HQ Madhya UP Sub Area is regularly being remitted subscription of PLI Policy by PAO (OR) ASC (South) from the individual IRLA. The above JCO is undergoing treatment of Disease which relate to Kidney in the Army Hospital.

2. However, on production to claim maturity benefits of said policy, Post Office authority intimated that subscription made by PAO (OR) ASC (South) from 01 March 2020 to 30 June 2023 for said PLI Policy has not been updated.

3. The instant issue has been raised with the various PLI authority to include PAO (OR) ASC (South). However, till now no progress /reply from PAO is received with reference to updation of the same. Further, I had already highlighted that I am suffering from a major disease which relate to Kidney and expenses incurred towards diagnosis the illness from outside the Army Hospital is beyond to my monthly payment/savings. The insured amount will help me in reducing the burden of expenses. So I am humbly request you to kindly consider this case for early updation subscriptions for the period from 01 March 2020 to 30 June 2023 on PRIORITY please.

I, No-6393268L ex Hav/PA Ardhi Prakash Rao was retired from army service wef 30 Jun 2021. I had sent a CEA claim letter to ASC Records South on 12 May 2022 and a reminder letter is also sent on 20 Apr 2023. I contacted ASC Records South stating that CEA for two children was already published and hard copy and soft copy already sent to PAO OR ASC South.But PAO OR ASC South still not yet passed.

I, No 17015749A Hav/PA Naresh Kumar. My transfer grant for PA course wef 01 Jul 2021 has been deducted in the MPS of Mar 2023. It is intimated that as per Para 24A & B, 56, 91, 123 of TR (Revised) 2014 clearly stated that course of more than 180 days will be treated as permanent move. DURING THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2010-11, MY EMPLOYERS DEDUCTED 7500 PLUS AS TAX DEDUCTED AT SOURCE (TDS) AND DID NOT FILE E-TAX TO THE INCOME TAX OF INDIA AS RESULT INCOME TAX DEPARMENT OF INDIA, TEZZPUR SEND A MEMO TO DEPOSSIT AGAIN 7500 PLUS AMOUNT.

I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING MY EMPLOYER TO FURNISSH RELEVVANT DETAILS TO TAKE UP A CASE BUT PAO ASC BANGALORE IS NOT GIVING PROPER REPLLIES.
