Hi Officer,
Myself and 4 5 friends are in same boat and this builder is sending demand letter with due dates and does not cares about delivery of letter. I have not received many demand letters and now found heavy late payment interests are being applied.
He keeps on adding late payment interest without communicating properly to customers.
I have approached many times to customer supports and girls in support team are not well educated...
