I am right now in the prestigious hospital of Gurgaon, Paras Hospital and the current situation is a total mismanagement of the floor from where normal OPD patients are advised by specialist doctors to visit after taking an online appointment. I had undergone Angioplasty from here and have been to this hospital multiple times where the behaviour of staff is deteriorating every time. Not friendly for Senior Citizens and also they speak if...

Fabricated neurocognitive report by Dr Preeti Singh, Clinical Psychologist
Patient Sarla Yadav was seen by Dr Preeti Singh on 06 Oct 20. Total time spent by the Dr with the patient was approx half an hour.
The report prepared by the Dr mentions administration of four tests viz BGT, MMSE, PGI Memory Scale and Nimhans Battery of Neuropsychology tests. MMSE is prat of interview itself.
It is not feasible to conduct these tests in that time frame. Nimhans Battery takes 6 - 8 hours over two days. Patient's husband was also present there. As per him no BGT test was conducted.
The report mentions that number of sessions were two. It was only one session of half an hour, which is not even adequate for history taking. On 13 Oct, only report was handed over. There was no session of any kind.
May I request you to kindly investigate the matter and restore the professional ethics in the Hospital.
My name is Randhir Yadava, I am brother-in-law of the patient. My contact No is [protected]

echs empanelled but do not give any slot to patient

I tried to book an appointment with paras hospital and i was told that the doctor is available from 10 to 1. I asked for the earliest available slot and was told that 10:30 am is available. However they asked me if i was availjng any panel facilities - echs/ cghs. I said yes echs. I was told that no slot was available for today.
Same can be checked at their website also for booking appointments. If the option of ‘panel beneficiary’ is selected then it displays no available slot. But when ‘direct’ is selected (I. E you make a payment) then all available slots are displayed.
This is highly unethical of any hospital to deny services like this when they claim to take patients of echs panel.

Their ent department is good that within one week time i was absolutely fine. However, i feel that not much awareness is made for these good chains of hospitals.

I am writing this review with sorrow and lot of pain. This is to make the people aware about the fraudulant practices going at Paras Hospital Gurgaon . I am sharing horrible experience at Paras Hospital Gurgaon. My nanaji consulted Dr Bharat Kukreti at Paras Hospital Gurgaon. He diagnosed him and suggested to undergo ECG. When ECG was done he found out that there was missing pulse. He suggested him to undergo surgery and install ICD device....

I think you are appreciating the hospital for providing you exceptional care an service. They definitely deserve a 5 star instead of a single one. I have also been to paras hospital gurgaon and have consulted numerous doctors. The service, code of conduct is great. Most importantly they are affordably priced. An attribute with hardly any corporate hospitals.
