I was hospitalized on 18.08.2022 in paras hospital patna for surgery of piles under registration no - PH/323143 in the name of tabassum jahan. At the time of surgery casual approach was shown and needle was inserted twice to puncture the spine dura resulting in excess flow of cerobropinal fluid .Now I am facing severe headache (PDPH) due to excess number of frequency of needle insertion and perhaps bigger size of needle.please do the needful.

I wish to lodge complaint on:
    1. Medical negligence : not giving medicine on time & wrong injection.
    2. Non disclosure of patient condition.
    3. Not parting test report copies & files to see.
    4. Hiding the facts related to patient condition.
    5. Wrong billing
    6. Using force to get consent through guard.

My patient suffered vomiting of blood since 2 days... He was taken to a doctor and the doctor advised to go for ct scan of chest and abdomen... As it was urgent, we decided to do the test asap.. we contacted paras hospital and they informed that ct scan is available 24 hrs. But after billing and cash payment, the technician at ct scan centre avoided and mislead by various manners. Firstly he told to have certain tests. We were having those then he informed that contrast medicine should be taken orally and so this way he kept misleading us for 10 hours and finally ct scan was done the next day... The clever technician cleverly completed his sleep and not once he thought o[censored]rgency... Very bad bejaviour and a very clear tactics to avoid work.
Unfortunate ! However if you were required to go through a contrast CT, I hope you are aware that the same requires a Serum Creatinine Test. It is a mandatory test that is needed. If the levels are not correct the patient can have a reaction due to the dye. Also for contrast CT you need to take a dye and after some time only can you be taken for radiology assessment. A number of times this detail is not known by the patients and their anxious attendants. I also learnt the same when my father needed the same recently. Hope your patient is well and doing fine. Lets be objective about hospitals and healthcare professionals. We often shout at them and is treat them to vent out our anxiety. :D

        Sir
My father is ex railway serviceman was admitted to paras hospital patna for pacemaker replacement as the case was reffered from railway hospital patna and pacemaker was in warranty it was a cashless treatment
But after the surgery paras hospital told that we have to pay 150000 rs the force us to pay the amount
They are saying that the pacemaker implanted was not for the cashless treatment as it was not approved by the railways
        Sir
The question is that how they have implanted such pacemaker without informing us that we have to pay the cost

We are doubting the surgery also weather they have done correctly or not

        Sir
We are common people if they have informed us that we have to pay the cost of pacemaker we should have moved to anathor hospital
They not only forcefully taken money from us they are doing with other patients also
