I ordered a dress from them to my indian address from uk but haven’t received the product even after 1 month.No response about refund . I dont want the product i need my money back...

Paridhan Prerna collection is a Jaipur based company, run by Pooja Singh. I ordered 4 sets online from them. It’s been more than a month now. There’s no proper response from them. Money is already paid. It’s more than 5000₹ worth products.
I have still not received the products, and there’s no response from them either....
