I am writing to follow up on my Learner License application, which I submitted on 18th May 2025. I have completed all required steps, and after successfully passing the test, I was informed that the application would be approved by the RTO office.

I have applied for Driving Licence Renewal on 21/01/2021 online in website sarathi.parivahan.gov.in. I was unable to pay Rs 240/- online against my application no.[protected]. No amount was deducted.One week has gone but still the payment status is shown as pending.(attached file showing reference no WB2021U03261584.)the application until we get the status as Success or Fail. On emailing to [protected]@gov.in they are saying "we can't clear the application until we get the status as Success or Fail. Please visit concern RTO at cashier's counter for pay status update for your payment."' My RTO is Kolkata Salt Lake.
