I have applied for Learners drivers license, i have already completed ekyc and passed the test as well, still the license is in pending approval state with the licencing authority. Can you please look into this.

I applied for the learner license 10 days before but till today they are not giving me online learner test password till now .few moths before i also applies for ll test but they did the same as this time .As i have completed all the steps and paid all the fess they wanted .Please do do strict action against them. And solve my problem.

After completion of my learner driving tuotorial video i went for the Learner licence test but it asked me for some password to give the test but till now i haven't recieved any passwords. And my application for learner licence is stucked at RTO level (it says Application is under processing at RTO Level).

Dear Sir/madam,

I applied for the learning license and paid the fees also but now I'm trying to book my slot but the error is shown that
"Given mobile number is already used for more than 3 applications. So LL Appointment is not available for this application.".
Payment has been debit for the application and LL slot booking.
Please help me
