I bought a new park avenue deodorant at a discount offer from a reputed store named as apollo pharmacy. But after using some days deodorant start disappearing and the only thing left behind is gas. And its feels like you are holding a bottle/can full of liquid but there is no deo only gas.

I don't know if there is someone to resolve this issue but definitely, in future, i demote product of this company.

Now, I find that the spray is not working.
Half of the deo is wasted because of this.
No one is picking up the call on the number mentioned on the pack :[protected]

Spray not working

I purchased Park Avenue VOYAGE Fragnant Deo #08/2014, B 012 *07/2016 (100gm/150ml). the spray is not working and could use not even half the quantiti. Trying to lodge complaint in the Email Id printed in the can :jkho.[protected]@raymond.in but the mail got bounced . Also I tried to call in the telephone number[protected] but nobody responds to the call.
So as a last resort I am lodging my complaint and claim for the loss I had to incur for the poor quality from such a reputed company.
Looking forward to a fast response and redressal.

Leaking of the bottle

To Management,
Just wanted to bring to your notice the quality of products which the customers are getting
I purchased the 'Cool Blue' deodorant from Food Big Bazar (Sahara Mall, Shahjanaf Road, Lucknow) on 10th June 2010 (09:30p.m.-10:00p.m.). And within around one week the deodorant got leaked. The bottle was found to be leaking from its neck portion.
I went to Big Bazar on 18th June 1020, to confirm whether anything could be done in regards to this issue, but I was not given any satisfactory answer. The salesman around said to confirm at the cash counter. At the cash counter the person replied that they cannot replace the same.
I usually use the deodorant of other brands and this being my first Park Avenue deodorant and I was completely unsatisfied with the quality of the product. This might be a problem with a single piece, but I unwillingly have to make a negative opinion for your product. From my very first experience I personally would not like to use any deodorants of this brand.
I am attaching a snap of the deodorant which could show you the damaged part of the bottle leaked. I would like to know what action would be taken by the concerned authority.

My first deo of park avenue was good morning which had a white button and it was really amazing and long lasting but later when i purchased a new one it had a black button and the colour and the bottle look was really looking fake but next time i again purchased the same from the raymonds shop trying to get the original product but same problem black button and not long lasting and bottle look was really stupi getting its paint a bit removed and showing that silver interior look .. Horrible Please improve that deodorant
park avenue deodorants — unavailability of deodorants
My name is Shahnawaz Nadaf.i usually bye park avenue deos.my favourite is voyage.but the problem is i never got to bye 1 from any park avenue outlets or any of the necties n more outlets.i get it in local markets but they r not trust worthy.i havent got a single bottle of voyage deo from last 3 months.i have visited to different outlets atleast 12-15 times.every time i get an answer that they r out of stock or short supply.its very irritating.i have visited mega mall(oshiwara, goregaon, mumbai) and infinity mall(link road, malad, mumbai).please look after the matter serious n please do the needful.my contact no is. The very first bottle which i bought (Park Avn Good Morning)was of good quality and its fragrance was long lasting..But the last week bought a new one with a combi offer with a face wash was of poor quality...it smells very different from the latter and some times very irritating..its a good product for daily use so please try to keep it in quality too...
Even I encountered same problem with Park Avenue Zing deo. I think there is some manufacturing defect with deo can.
