महोदय मैंने उक्त कंपनी के द्वारा होंडा सिटी कार 2014 मॉडल का विंडो गार्निश विडिंग मंगाई थी जो डिफेक्ट थी। महोदय कंपनी द्वारा जब मैंने अपनी शिकायत की तो उन्होंने मुझसे इस प्रोडक्ट को वापस कंपनी को भेजने के लिए बोला उसके बाद मैंने उस प्रोडक्ट को कंपनी को वापस कर दिया है जिसकी स्लिप मेरे पास उपलब्ध है ।महोदय कंपनी ने मुझसे बोला था कि जैसे ही आपका प्रोडक्ट हमारे पास वापस आ जाता है आपको रिफंड कर दिया जाएगा। महोदय 1 महीना होने जा रहा है मेरा रिफंड अभी तक मुझे नहीं मिला है।
आते महोदय से निवेदन है कि कृपया मेरा रिफंड वापस करने की कृपा कीजिएगा।

I had purchased tata indica gear lever boot clip from parts big boss on 26th november. The order id#[protected] costed me rs.90.20 including shipping. The order was shipped on 30th november and delivered the next day night. I was surprised to find a broken boot clip inside the package. I called them emailed them, they told that replacement would be sent shortly. This is 12th they have not shipped the replacement. This is simply cheating. They are sending the damaged products to customers by intention. If i don't receive my refund or replacement i am gonna complaint on consumer forum. Every rupee costs. I am not a cheater like them.

Ordered and paid online through paytm 11780 to parts big boss. The item was damaged, after many deliberations the company agreed to replace the goods. Which was collected by fedex on 9th of june 2018.
The company has neither provided dispatch details of replacement not have confirmed refund of the item even after 15 days of collecting the defective part supplied.
Presently calls to the company only states that head of the department mr ankit tyagi will be getting in touch with me. No calls or emails from him or the company for the last 7 days.
