Internet banking payment made for two pdts but order not generated
On[protected], at 2048 h, i did a internet banking transaction for two Aegon Pdts, wherein the aegon URL tool me to Pasfar Technology paymebt screen. On completion of payment from SBI bank, tue order not active image came up while bank intimated deduction of amount of Rs 5822.5.

I have placed an order for a saree from prashanthi sarees, chennai on31/05/2019 through online and rs1340/was debited from my account with reference no igaggdup12. But i have not received any order number. When inquired, prashanthi sarees said that they have not received the amount. I shall be glad if you will kindly arrange for a refund of the amount.
