Dear Sir,

My self Rajesh Dayaldas Menghani i have gone for pass port in pass port office at GPO office opp. Surya narayan bhag. Vadodara. Sir i have gone there and shown my documents he always take some problems in papers and talking very rudely so please help me from that officer and my contact no is [protected]. Sir always tell that this documents is pending so bring that he always take any query and talking very rudely...

I have submitted my passport at hyderabad office on[protected] for police clearance certificate file no HYD-L[protected] and always I have received online status `police verification has not been received`.i am in touch with the Police enquiry officer who has informed me that he didn't recieve my file..
Hence request sir to kindly follow up for speedy work as soon as possible..!!

Call center of passport is not useful.Call center employee will ask for file no and date of birth. Call center checks the data from the website www.passportindia.gov.in and the status of the website is never updated.
Whenever any one calls to the call center of passport , employee will always ask
"Are you the main application ?
Is your police verification clear ?
If police verification is cleared , she will...

Dear Sir,

I had faced issue with eligibility creteria of tatkal and its not checked before applying passport form.
90 % passport office employee takes the tatkal fees and it will process passport as normal.

why Eligibility creteria tatkal/Normal for passport is not checked before applying passport?
Website www.passportindia.gov.in is also failed to check the eligibility creteria .
