Refunds not processed
This has reference to my complaint number [protected] lodged today with Maruti Helpline. The complaint is against Patel Motors (Indore) Pvt Ltd - P801 (referred to as "dealer" below) for not refunding cash amount of Rs 10,500/-. I have many reasons to complain against the dealer but I will stick to the more serious ones as I look forward to a speedy solution.

I OWE A MARUTI SWIFT LX PURCHASED FROM PATEL MOTORS INDORE ARTLAM IN 2006
MY SELF HAS TWICE GONE THROUGH SERVICE AT PATEL MOTORS INDORE AT THEIR RATLAM M.P. LOCATED SERVICE STATION AND AT INDORE M.P. BASED SERVICE STATION BUT SO FAR THE PROBLEM IN AIR CONDTIONER FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE TILL TODAY HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED AT MY SATISFACTION SO MANY CALLS HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE CONCERNING BUT NO RESPONSE.
