I have ordered a combo offer on this website (www.payclues.in) which was that of a 32 GB Samsung memory card & 64 GB HP PEN Drive. However, I was given a Power bank of some cheap company with a 3rd class quality, with a capacity of just 2800 mAh for a price of Rs.999/-

I had ordered 20800 mah power bank on https://www.payclues.in/ by checking offer in website. I have paid 899 rs for the same. When i got my courier, it was having 10400 mah used power bank and i shocked totally.
i have sent many mails to them but no response.
Now when i am trying to call on[protected], no one picks up call. Also i am not getting any response on return request raised...

I ordered a power bank of mi 20800 mah as cost of 899 rs but when i revived product on date 21 sept 2016, i was shocked its a local 100 rs power bank of 2800 mah, on same day i complained on company site and many times, but still i didn't get my right product after all i paid 899 rs cash.
