Payoneer Account and Card

Payoneer back to the same old tricks again and apparently they are losing big money again and need to resort to siphoning off small users to use their funds to cover their internal losses on FTX and Forex.

Once in a year or two, they would randomly pick a few thousand accounts to "freeze" and then go on a merry go round with the user to ask for this and that docs, only to reject and then reupload and then reject again and again.br...

    Now I can't contact him as he seems fraud.

      My Payoneer account is blocked and they have not given any reasons.
      I want my account to get activated as it is linked with Appen where my payment is pending.
      Before blocking the account they should give warning atleast.
      Please look into this matter.

          My payoneer account shows 'Usd balance blocked'

          There is no intimation from their end
          It shows my balance is blocked...and there is no response from their end..
          I tried calling them mailed them but no response...i have pending amount in my account which i am unable to withdraw as there is no option..
          I also added a bank account and got it verified too..but still my balance shows "blocked usd balance".they are minting money in this way......

          I have mailed several times to payoneer customer care but my issues have not been solved yet. I am mailing since last 2-3 years but it still been pending.
          I had first & only one account with payoneer with name Vaibhavi Shinde and e-mail ID [protected]@rediffmail.com which has been hacked. When clicked on forgot password the reset password link is not been sent to my registered e-mail ID. I tried contacting customer care through message from their website, e-mail ID as well but there was no response to resolve my issues.. The contact details are barely provided. I had to open a new and second account with my own name Vaibhavi Shinde and e-mail ID [protected]@gmail.com to communicate with customer cre an dto gain access to my old account. I had registered it with my e-mail ID and mobile number [protected] but couldn't complete registration as my PAN details were already registered with my e-mail ID [protected]@rediffmail.com. Someone again hacked my account and changed my mobile number where when i click on forgot password again I don't receive link to reset password.

          Please understand that as a customers or employee, we provide our government identity IDs, so it is very delicate matter for us if our accounts has been hacked or our IDs has been misused by some other people. I already have lodged complain against cyber crime, e-mail and other accounts hacking, controlling the websites or customer care where I try to work or shop online by stalking, abuse on the name of religions, languages, castes, marriage, career and simswap by misusing my IDs from such platforms or mobile network provider service centers by making groups and contacting from some people from my neighrhood, city, schools, colleges, jobs (Dombivli, Thane, Kharghar, Kolhapur), relatives as these wanted to ruin my career, marriage, reputation, character, contacts and don't let me go ahead by my own where they failed in doing so, so they are doing it even more as if these have rights on me or my parents or things which I do, and as per their thinking I need to keep contact to such groups of boys, girls, men, women whose name i will mention for further investigation, where these can do any crimes of abusing a girl, using her government identity cards, stalking her, ruining environment of wherever she goes jobs, classes, social media, contacts through whatsapp or some social media chats where these think government or police authority cannot get the proof. But I have proofs. I also have lodged police complaint against these people in 2019 which is still not been solved.

          Kindly understand my concern and provide me the access of my Payoneer accounts with e-mail ID [protected]@rediffmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com. I have no access to my mobile number provided and someone has changed my mobile number with the other. Kindly note that my personal e-mail IDs [protected]@rediffmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com and mobile numbers [protected] [protected].
          Kindly resolve my issue ASAP. It would be of much help.

                Hello,

                I would like to raise a complaint regarding Payoneer company, as per request raised with them (request number:[protected] and confirmation received from them that they have raised the request on 2nd March 2021 as shown in the image attached, and the time which was guaranteed for the issuance as mentioned in their response 3 - 9 weeks.

                On 25th June 2021 they issued us a wrong FIRC upon emailing them multiple times from 2nd march 2021 till 25th june 2021, and closed the case, now we don't get any reply from their team on that case (request number:[protected].

                So, we contacted the support again on 7th July 2021 and the issue was told to them, they told within 24hrs we will get update from their supervisor, which we never got.

                Today on 20th July 2021, we contacted their support and asked regarding the same, they told us that supervisor already replied on 7th July 2021, but we never got any reply, upon asking them what was the reply, they told they have replied that since wrong FIRC was provided, they have raised a new fresh request and again have told us to wait for 3 - 9 weeks.

                The company is just making false promises and just wasting time, we need to submit the FIRC to the government as a proof for our business income received is a foreign income, but due to Payoneer not providing things, we are just handicap and can't do anything.

                Help would be appreciated.

                  I've an payoneer account
                  First of all they don't have an easy way to delete account once you open it

                  somehow I found the process to delete account from google

                  Then I submitted my account delete form
                  But instead of deleting my account they are showing issue resolved

                  But my account is still active

                  Really bad experience

                  I am glad to receive 15000 usd from [protected]@gmail.com, they are very guaranteed once it comes to hacking funds
