The refund of 1500rs is not received in bank account

I have Paid for an electricity bill on paytm app via paytm visa card.
Money was deducted, i got message as money is refunded on 6 june 2022.
But money is not received at my end,
Refund reference number is[protected]....

But paytm says it have been refunded on 6 june 2022...

Money Transferred Issue Into Bank Account

Dear friends
I transferred money by paytm throgh rs. 2100 into my mother's acc. of baroda uttar pradesh gramin bank amt debited by the bank but amt not crdedited into my mother;s acc. i compaint to paytm customer care they do not any response, when i complained in baroda uttar pradesh gramin bank he asked about UTR no. or RRN no. i asked RRN no. by paytm Care but they Didn't any response and after calling mobile no. is always not responding...
