Refund for paytmmall order no [protected] was to be processed by oct10.

I have sent numerous mails to paytm now, they keep respondiny that refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours. But it's been weeks and they have said this 3-4 times.

But i have not got any refund yet. I am fed up of their false promises. Please help in getting my money back....

I ordered atitan 1641yl05 men analog watch from paytm, on 01 sep 2017. The order number is [protected]
And the seller is 'idirect e retail pvt ltd' based out of delhi. The used product/ seal broken product delivered on 05 sep 2017. From the same day i have been contacting paytm through emails, but they are not responding. Today i spoke to customer care regarding the issue. The representative told me that he can't help me to return...
