I was fooled by his smooth talking and he made me blurt out the otp to him and a transaction made on my HDFC credit card for wimbo payzapp.

Please stop the payment as it has not gone yet to the merchandiser.

Please help me and refund my payment.

I did some transactions in payzapp wallat. On loading process failed but debited from credit card not credited to wallat and loading money transfer process also failed not credited to my bank but debited from my wallat i loss 8 transations value 40000/- in payzapp wallat. They are not responding and giving fraud information fraud statement and not showing my transactions details in that app i need solve to my problem already i complained many times not responding please solve me.
Statement also not sent clear. All proofs is there kidly solve me my problem.

I was trying to transfer rs 5000 from payzapp wallet to bank account on 05/09/2017. Transaction failed but amount debited in wallet at the same time not credited in bank account. I was sending mail to payzapp customer support on the same day. And try to call their toll-free no but they were not able to get the calls.
Please solve this
