These scammers and fraud named “INFOPEARL SERVICES” are calling me and sending me e-mails and blackmailing me to pay them 5700 Rs or else they will file a case in the court against me. Pls help me if you have faced the same problem. Did they really sent legal notice at anyone’s address?

I had received a pearl service job offer on October 2nd and asked otp to confirm then there started their action saying that you had not completed work you need to attend court of Gujarat and pay 96000 rupees as penalty.
I had attached some notices please look on to it and resolve the issue.

Hello, I got whats app message on 5/10/2020, No registration WorkfromHome job & i Applied said yes on 5/10/2020 and submitted documents [Aadhar, Resume, Email, 2contact number] then they call'd me to do Digital signature which came in my gmail spam box. I clicked there it was asking me OTP, then they Provided me OTP which i filled and they said congrats you are registered and now our verification department will call you to verify you. then Call came from there then they told me if you will not complete work you have to pay 6700 amount & i said maam i'll complete, Then they sended me PDF Of work detail and they sended me userID & password of there website [www.onlineworks.com]. when i got website i thought to visit on website and then i googled i got several complaints of same websites, then i was so shocked on next day i told them to call me they call'd me after 2days.I told them about whatever i saw complaints regarding them, she said that its not truth trust me, i told her kindly send me Agreement which includes that i will not face any lawyer and call's blackmailing me, so she said me ok in 24hour you will get & she said me to share that username which was given by them, i told her i'll not give till i get agreement from your side, she told me i'am sending your request to our company you give me and all and in last she told if you will not share me username then i will not send you agreement, I said her i'll not share you thats it.
so after 26hours i said her maam since i dint got any agreement from you side so what should i consider, so she started giving excuses. then on 17/10/2020 i got mail in spam box that you have breach there agreement so you have to pay 158000 or else do settlement out of court & then i got call by saying am speaking lawyer of Pearl Services and you have breach our rules so an so and i said that your company dint issued me agreement which i offered so i dint started work, so he started saying now you have to visit VAPI court, you will get case paper by courier in 72hours and he kept call before i talk to him something.Again i got text that your case paper will be delivered in 72hours bla bla.. and now lets see whats next drama they going to do.

My name is Anushka Sharma, i applied for work from job from PEARL Services, Gujrat. I didn't sign any document and told the concerned person that i won't be able to do the work on the same day. he did not respond to nay of my text and today his advocate, Sidharth Verma ([protected]) contacted me and asked me to pay 6700/- and threatened me that if I don't pay the amount by 2:45 pm he will file a case against me and then i'll have to go to Gujrat court with my father and advocate and will have to pay 92102/- I don't know for what reason and logic. The advocate shouted at me when I asked him to provide me with proper documents with my legal signature on them and now he is sending me msgs and mails to pay 1, 10, 000/-.

I have recieve a call from pearl service and they asking me.Is am looking for job i said yes then he told me to send my identity card.After i send my identity card they send me Agreement.
I filled all captcha and make screen recording of all captcha code filling.Now they says that i fill wrong captcha and i have to paid 6700.If i can't paid they take legal action against me.I told him all detail but they don't stop to call me.
Please Help me in this regard.

I recieved a call from pearl service Gujarat to fill 1200 forms in 8 days they sent me an agreement which I never signed bt as they sent so I had to do the job forcefully I completed all forms and now they say it has not been submitted. I called and also mailed to helpline but they responded after submission date. So there is no fault of mine and now they r reporting an FIR and asked to come n clear the case in Aurangabad court. A person named as aniket Rana calling himself an advocate is harassing me now his no. is ([protected]).

15 Oct 2020 I received a mail advocate Rahul krishana they sad to me I am from Peral services lawyer you have to pay come charges & given me dad line you have to pay 16960 rupees they I will ask I have no mail no message no call from company they sad no mam I don't know you have to pay & fir ma dar gyi or MN pay KR Diya then they can me again & sad you have to pay 42000 rupees more to cancel you agreement which is 11 months so my brother say this is fraud & I will tall my lawyer they sad there is no Joining letter, there is no Hr call you from company so this is fraud I request to all the people plzzzz be safe & in your smart phone plzzz install truecaller they sad this is a spam ...

One day I got WhatsApp message in which he provide me data entry job for 8 days work with salary 30k from when I start working there were lot of problems and when I try to reach to that person to solve my problems, I called him many times and I messaged him many times but he didn't receive or answer my messages/calls.. he said me to give 25rs per page.
Today when search for this site we found many cases similar to my case..
My request to you please do something for all this fraud people I lost my time and energy in all 1200 pages and they provide me result and after 2 days they call me and said I am Shweta Sharma from Gujrat court and said u have to pay money 6700 or we will case against uh..this is so scary for me.. I lost my time, energy and have money get infact they are asking money from me. I am belong to middle class family and searching for job.
Please help me to overcome from this problems
And take action for all this fraud offers and make people aware.. I am so said because my financial condition is bad and I am searching for job ..when I got this I thought my problems will solve my family also make a hope but this fraud people hurt me ..

I got a call for job offer for online data entry... I accepted that...in term and conditions it was mentioned that if you will not complete work.. Then you have to pay rs 6700... I started it.. After some time i thoght that it is fake... As they were offering rs 30000 for 1200 fotms.. I asked them for vompany detaisl they did not provide that... And then i asked about surity of payment.. They not gave any answer... And the forms are repeated.....

AM i handicapped person in TamilNadu his give us online job 8days i have put very hard work but they are not satisfied job and he is blockmailng case & i have paid Rs.32100/- i lost the money but no response the company 200% fake company . Hi friends dont get fear. See the date of agreement on ur agreement and the date u accepted the offer. For everyone they are giving the same agreement letter. The date on agreement letter will be jan 8. So dont worry its not valid. They send same agreement with same file number and date to everyone. Its not valid don't pay them the money.
Please verify with other complaints and agreements. All the agreements are same. The date u accepted job and the agreement date on agreement will be different. So dont worry. Just chill everyone. I am attaching my agreement compare with urs they r gonna be same. So be happy everyone. They cannot file any case. They are fake. Compare all the three deferent agreement that i linked below. They are same, this is proof that they are fake. Sir/ madam please take action on them. Please help lot of others

I got the call from quiker and They said that I have to complete 1200 forms in 8 days. The same I started I completed the given task in 8 days. I rechecked all the forms before submit the work. They took my I'd and password of the site over WhatsApp as they in the starting that they said to attach the payment.. After i submitted given task I got the call from their legal team said that QC failed, you have to pay to money 6700 if not we will send legal notice, later they send legal notice to my mail Id that I have to pay 10200..still they are sending the legal notices to my mail I'd.. Now one of the advocate of them is called me to pay the amount or else they will file a complaint.
Please help me sir in this issue .

They gave me 1200 forms to fill within 8 days I did and recheck if any form is wrong and now there's saying 256 forms are wrong for which I've to pay money or else they'll file case against me. They are doing mental harrasment by now see what will happen to you and your parents and calling again and again for blackmailing.

I had applied for online job through quiker so i got a whatts app message from a secret number, then she told me about the job her name is avni singh, she said it's a form filling job and you have to fill 1200 forms in 8 days with 90% accuracy and they will pay 25 Rs per form which is around 30000 RS per week, I agreed as I need a job because I am jobless now due to covid, then one girl called me asking if I want to do the job and details, I said yes. They send me aggrement and everything and they also send me otp ... So they said I will get the work soon... Later while I was on you tube I found out such companies are fake and fraud to get money from us... So I completed my job on time with accuracy and sent the mail with attached pdf within the given timeline but they send my qc is failed. They keep sending me mail and text msgs as they are taking legal actions. I have all the proofs against that company. They adding extra letters in my forms so most of the forms are wrong i have a proof for that cheating. I had finished my work with accuracy. But they cheated me. I had also read some complaints there after about this company in consumer complaints forum..

Here in this complaint i have attached all images, letters and conversation happened. I lost my time and energy in filling 1200 pages.

So, i did an inquiry on companies e-mail and its location, but really it doesn't exist in gujarat.

On 02/10/2020, an unknown number, [protected] contacted me on WhatsApp regarding an Online form filling work from home job. After a registration process that required me to send my ID Proofs and Bank Details, a demo task was given.
Following this, an Agreement was sent by Pearl Services. The online form filling task lasted for a period of 8 days.
The Agreement contained a clause regarding 90% efficiency, on the failure of which, my candidature was to be rejected and I was required to pay Rs. 6700 for utility and maintenance of the online platform.
As mentioned in the Agreement, I believed the Agreement was terminated due to lack of efficiency. Pearl Services, then, contacted me again with an opportunity to make corrections in my task, for which I was required to pay Rs. 6500.
After paying the amount and making corrections in the form, Pearl Services demanded me to pay an advance of Rs. 13, 000 so as to continue performing my form filling tasks. There was no mention of paying such a hefty amount before I entered into the said Agreement.
I wished to terminate the Agreement after having paid Rs. 6500 and having provided my services. Pearl Services constantly harassed me to keep me in the Agreement by demanding me to pay an advance. As I am unable to pay the advance amount of Rs. 13, 000 or any amount more than I have already paid Pearl Services, I was sent emails and Legal notices. After running a search in the Consumer Complaints Forum, I came across similar complaints as mine and learned that Pearl Services is running a scam.

I have already been at a loss of Rs. 6500. Pearl Services is constantly sending emails and making phone calls and harassing me.
Kindly look into the matter.

I got a call from unknown no. saying about to complete 1200 forms and gate money as mentioned other people . i found the agreement have the same number as other people have. the address on the agreement is fake. when asked them for there address they were unable to tell . found that they are fraud. they took my id (Aadhar card photo) . i asked them to send me your address details then I will work i never said no to work but give me the details...

I hot the message of work from home job from one whatsApp no. I asked them is it genuine, they said yes. So I asked for the job. They said that I have to complete 1200 forms in 8 days. The same I started to do. I completed the job on 7th day itself. So I got complete 1 day to check. So I checked the complete form in one day and them I submitted to them. As they had my I'd and password of the site over WhatsApp as they asked for it in the start. They misused or what they did I don't know but they did something which results of mistakes in more than 120 forms. I said them that there is any issue in the system, because I double checked it, but they didn't respond. Even there numbers of helpline is not working. Now one of the advocate of them is blackmailing me to pay the amount orelse they will file a complaint. I said them that I didn't signed the agreement so I will not pay the amount. I have the agreement as a proof.

On sep 30 I received a msg through WhatsApp offering a data entry job. They said its a job for filling 1200 forms and a minimum of 1080 forms should be correct to get the payment of 25000rs. I agreed to do the job and the setup a agreement stating a service fee of 6700rs will be deducted from the salary, and in case of failure of work I'm liable to pay the same. Then I started the work and completed and also had a random check before submission....

I got a WhatsApp message to online data entry from PEARL SERVICE. To fill 1200 per 25 rs.Duration was 8 days, After subbimmsion, I cann't login that page. YESTERDAY(8/10/20)they call me and blackmail me to pay 9200RS as penalty amount, otherwise the move legally and take action againt me.i scared and pay the amount from my savings for educaton for suddenly to resolve the problem, . I was really shocked, then they called and said that if i were pay 28000 rs the doesn't not take action. otherwise they will filed legal action, then i have to 67000. the ask money and blackmaied me from call and WhatsApp .They send a legal notice form in to my email. I am in a crical stage. please help me

Hi, I did the data entry work till 1008pages I couldn't complete the pages for which I got an email saying I had to pay 13960₹ for breach contract within half an hour I got the call around 1:30pm on Saturday and by 2pm I had to pay this amount... By a lawyer named adv. Rahul Krishnan and when I contacted with my lawyer friend she said they are world class lawyer and they know bits and pieces of law.
This company is scamming too many people and hope there will be a complaint against them with PIL(public interest).
Due to Corona many lost their jobs and they try to do some jobs like this like me .. I hope this people should be found and lodge a complaint against them for making us work and emotionally blackmailing us with fake email and sms...

I'm Kattela Allabakash, I'm a student studying degree . I applied for job in quickr. Then i got a work offer from WhatsApp messenger.Then they called me from Phone number: [protected]. I got a work from home job offer from a company named " Pearl service" located at 23-A, yoginath society, Dhamlej veraval road, Gujarat. They gave me form filling (data entry) work. I have also signed a agreement.
I have done and completed the work within time and no errors. But now I got a legal notice from Gmail, from two lawyers, that i have done errors in work and they threatening me to pay amount.
In one legal notice lawyer hasn't mentioned amount . In second legal notice he mentioned penalty amount of Rs.10200/ . And they told to pay amount within 7 days and I got the legal notice at 08/10/2020.

NOTE: I have done work with no errors and I'm a student I don't have money
and I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible.

I haven't given any spaces in my text but their system is taking extra space (Ascii value 32) and giving wrong reports. I mailed to their helpline with prove and asked them to check again. But they didn't respond and send me a mail with legal notice, that i have to pay 7900.

Although i haven't done anything wrong. They keep sending me mail and text msgs as they are taking legal actions.

I got cll from Riya patel asking to do online job and they will provide 30000 after completion of work(filling forms). After sometimes i got doubt and checken in Google about this company and got to know that it's fake. Now i have blocked their numbers and not receiving other calls.I am requesting you to please take actions against these fraud companies so that other people don't fall in their trap...And plz tell me do i have any problems since i have sent my aadhar card pic to them?
