Pte has earning the money.. No.. They drinking my blood its fake company
The problem is that a person is paying so much money for these exams in one go like $ 340 around and how come a system can be off or it get paused during examination, in those span of minutes my brother confidence was shaken and he could not complete his last 5 questions on time and he was dishearten. I request the management of pearson who are conducting this test everyday, please do something for this big issue. A person's whole life is depend on exam and fees of examination is also high.

computer system got off while examination.

Hi, my name is sim and my brother who is in perth, australia yesterday only gave pte test on 21st august 2018 at 1'o clock lock at ecu, while examination when he reached on reading module, his computer got pause and didn't work, then he raised his hands and pte instructor came in for his rescue and he again started the system for him. The problem is that a person is paying so much money for these exams in one go like $ 340 around and how come a system can be off or it get paused during examination, in those span of minutes my brother confidence was shaken and he could not complete his last 5 questions on time and he was dishearten. I request the management of pearson who are conducting this test everyday, please do something for this big issue. A person's whole life is depend on exam and fees of examination is also high. So, kindly make some arrangements that any person should not get this kind of problem. I want a refund of this thing so that my brother can give this exam again, till now result is not out and i am writing this message before result. I want some solution to this problem at fast pace.in the end i can provide all the details about my brother examination details if they need it further but please reply me back.

My name is navdeep kaur. I received my result on 28th june 2018. I was really shock after viewing my result. My speaking score was very low. I got 0 in pronunciation. How can any candidate get 0. I am 100% sure i got 80% in speaking. There is something wrong in your system. Can you please solve this issue. And give me another chance for test without any cost.

I had taken up the pte english test on 5th feb 2018, for feb month i have seen some other complaints as well for speaking module.
I received my results and that was shocked to see such low scores, especially in the speaking module.
Honestly, i did very well in speaking. I strongly feel that there were some technical glitch while speaking because of which my voice might not have been recorded properly.
I have studied and communicated in english throughout my 7 years.
Considering this, i feel, it's impossible to get 0 (Zero) in pronunciation and oral fluency!
How can anybody get 0 in pronunciation and oral fluency?
I believe there was something wrong because of which i have scored 0.
I kindly request you to investigate this issue, consider this as a noteworthy case and provide me a chance to re-attempt pte test without any additional payment.
I would definitely not want to lose money and moreover lose my confidence, with absolutely no fault of mine.
Loosing my hard earned money and confidence both.

Complaint marked as Resolved I agree that my time was wasted but PTE Academic has refunded my money after chasing them for 5 months. The root cause they explained was that there was technical issue in speaking section. I got a chance to take new exam for free from their end.

Dear pearson team, As I've booked my test for 14th august 2021, in pearson centre Amritsar, but due to mistake in my name in my ID they didn't allow me to give the exam. They gave me a case id number also. As i already paid my test fees for the test appointment, Now I want to give test on behalf of the already paid fees, because it was just an error by technical fault and due to autocorrection. As a customer care representative told me about the policy about newer fee payment, but it's just a mistake by autocorrelation in mobiles, which is the reason behind this error. kindly, accept my request to give me the exam on the same fee that I already paid fees, while booking test. As this is my third mai to you please do something it's humble request of me to you. I am so depressed. I hope you will consider my request and run my case as soon as possible. My name is mayur kalubhai dayma (Dob: 31/03/1990). I would like to complain about the exam fraud which is happening in pte, since now the evaluation is done at the centre level.
I have appeared in pte academic exam on 15 march 2018 and there were few audio files not audible and there was a clear message on the system “bad audio file” which i noticed and also noticed by supervisor neelam rawat of takes off academy. I requested to review the case but according to pte team and their system, all the data, audio were delivered correctly. Now, this exam is video recorded exam and it is clearly seen in the video that i and supervisor neelam haven’t heard anything at those particular audio files and she have to restart the computer.in this duration, i lost my time and became mentally disturbed.

My name is mayur kalubhai dayma my passport no is k8639066 and dob is 31/03/1990 for my id verification and i am writing this mail in regards to an incident no 01570009. I have attended a pte academic exam on 15 march 2018 at takes of academy, india, ahmedabad center.
To be honest the technical fault at the time of exam made me crazy.in speaking section, there was last two repeat sentence was completely blank and there was no audio coming from the source. I checked plug of headphone but there was nothing wrong. If you can check the video of the test then you may notice that i raced my hand in both of the repeat sentences but no one came from the help even after seeing my hand raised. This problem made me a bit demoralized.
Then after desire image problem arisen in retell lecture. There were three retell lecture and out of them first went right, and in the second the same problem came. There was no sound coming from the headphone and in "playing" section there was a text like this "bad audio file" then i again call the supervisor for help and she came and she also noticed the same message "bad audio file". I haven't heard any audio for that but there was a picture of the dog so i recorded my response just by viewing that picture without any audio being heard. Then, the supervisor asked me to go to next question and the same problem arisen in 3rd retell lecture. Supervisor restarted pc at that time there were 8 mins remaining to complete entire speaking and after pc restart there was very less time left and i have to rush very badly to complete all task in time and attend all the questions.
At the very first section of the exam, it made me very nervous and conscious that this kind of problem may arise in next questions. And as per my knowledge speaking section is correlated with all other section in terms of marks and grading.
So i am requesting you to please review this incident as it made all my preparation and effort to dissatisfaction. The expected outcome may be revised score report or another chance to reschedule this exam.

I registered my self for pte test as balamurugan (Firstname) and s (Lastname). But in my passport it is as balamurugan (Firstname) and subramaniyan (Lastname). So they dint allow me to take test and asking me to reschedule by paying again inr 12, 000.
I registered - no mock test provided, no training provided, not attended the test, no scorecard generated, no communication to aus
What did pearson lose in this? Why don't they just give the option for us to change the details and proceed further?
Can pearson justify what they are asking is right?

pte academic test
There is something fishy going on in speaking section of the test module where instead of performing well the marks score are not just worth looking at. How can this be possible if a person has 7 or more in ilets he/she cannot just speak in pte which is much easier in comparison??? This is total fraud and cheat and i will go to the highest level so that this can be stopped. As after so many similar complaints this is not getting resolved. Garima chauhan

Flaw of PTE academic registration site

During registration for PTE academic exam, I was asked mandotorily to fill the surname, whereas my passport doesn't have it mentioned there . Though I read all ID policies and knew that I dont want to mention my surname there but without entering anything in surname field it would not move ahead .How do i know that a comma or full stop has to be entered there if no surname is existing . There should have been a text next to the "Name" column on the registration form saying that " PUT comma full stop etc if no surname ", I have seen many such cases here also.then so many people would have not suffered . Not sure why the company is not adding this line there, and not even admitting that its there fault, probably, to harass us and make us pay them again and again . This doesn't seem to be a professional behavior from a company having such a repute in India.

Unfair cancellations at the cost of the consumer

I had to use pearson vue for registering for pte exam, id is pte[protected] and the exam was scheduled on 17th aug, 7:00 am. As per the details mentioned in the test handbook, i made all the arrangements to have my passport delivered in time for the exam. However, due to public holidays, the courier was delayed from the us consulate and when i got to know this, i called up the customer care and they were not available. I decided to show up at the exam center, given that i paid the full amount and i had the other mentioned acceptable id with me and called up the team 15 mins before the exam to consider my special case, and they wouldn't pointing to me that there is no clause that talks about special cases on their website.

Not allowed to give exam inspite of providing Indian Government issued ID in original

I was not allowed to give GMAT exam by Pearson Vue (Begumpet, Hyderabad) on 1st August 2015 inspite of providing below IDs at the test centre:
1. Original Driving License issued by Government of India.
2. Original Aadhar Card Issues by Government of India.
3. SoftCopy of Original Passport
All these IDs have my photo, address, date of birth and signature which are sufficient to prove my identity at the time of test.
As per GMAT India website: (www.mba.com/india) given in below url:

Acceptable forms of ID are:
International Travel Passport*
Government-issued driver’s license
Government-issued national/state/province identity card (including European ID card)
Military ID card
*Note: A passport is always required when testing outside of one’s country of citizenship. There are no exceptions, even if you hold a government-issued ID from the country in which you live. In some cases (see Special Restrictions), a passport is the only acceptable ID, even if you are testing within your country of citizenship.
Since I was testing within India I need not carry passport in original for test.
Request to take take action accordingly regarding refund of exam fees or rescheduling of exam(with no further fee charges).

I have contacted Pearson VUE customer care to reschedule my GMAT exam to June 17th of 2011. During this process I have given the details of my HDFC credit card which ends with 8362 towards the payment of rescheduling fee of $50. However the customer care executive informed me that the transaction was not successful and requested for another card. I have now give my Citibank credit card which ends with 2004. During this process the customer care executive booked a new GMAT appointment instead of rescheduling it and charged me $550 on all the cards.
Charges on each card:
- HDFC 8362 $250
- Citibank 2004 $250
- Citibank 2004 $250
When I mail them they say that they have refunded the charges back into my account and they refer to card to 8362. When I checked with HDFC customer care they confirmed that they have received the refund amount whereas the Pearson VUE is insisting that they have received only $50 from my Citibank credit card. I have my bank statements which proves the transaction. Please help me how to resolve this.

My Oracle testing Id is OC1199316.I have scheduled my exam IZO-872 at Centre For Electronic Governance(SiteId 56045) on 24 Jan 2013 .Due to some technical problem, my exam was not started but my fees has been deducted from my account .
Please reschedule my exam as soon as possible.
