I have purchased a Keyboard from Pebble by watching their marketing ad. After getting the product I have ever experienced the worst product in my life. The worst, even worst word is not enough how much corrupted and false service they provide. I asked their customer team to issue a refund because the product is not good, doesn't worth a single rupee. They replied back to share a video, i have shared and then they said that if I am not happy with the product then there's no refund policy available. They only refund on damaged products.

I am not here to asking for refund, I am not that kind of person. I thought I can get a good response like we will issue a replacement at least to check may be that particular product has issue but pebble team doesn't. I accept that it was my fault that I didn't look into their policies. And I don't need any refund now I believe I have donated that amount for poor people to eat something good and their child too.

So I am here to aware you guys before buying any products from such new companies which doesn't know how to deal with customer experience please avoid these. Pay 100₹ extra but choose like Amazon or Flipkart sellers. Never ever buy from their own website or company page.

I had recently purchased a Pebble PF08 SM Smartwatch from MyG.in and I checking the watch's features and watch features which include heart rate and oximeter reading. I was testing it and notice showing wildly inaccurate reading on hand and I decide to place it on an inanimate object and it was still giving those same readings.
