Dear sir/ma'am,

I liked a suit at peenar.com and also purchased it with the selection of cod feature where i would be paying when it is delivered to the my place.

And the delivery boy did not allow me to open the item which he delivered at my place, and i had to pay to that person without opening my item.

However i opened it when the delivery person left from my place. And i did not found the...

My wife ordered dress from peenar.com. Order delivered is totally different than displayed item. Quality is very poor just like footpath shops.

I have tried to opt for return/refund, but no option is available on the website.
I have emailed them on peenar.[protected]@gmail.com. I got acknoeledgement, but no required resolution is provided.

I have recieved a wrong and damaged product against my order no nri[protected]. Comany is not picking the call also no response of email. They cheated me. I want my money back. I have paid rupees 990 for the product and they sent me a totally damaged and wrong product. Nobody is picking the call and no response of email. I ordered a beautiful suit set as shown in the picture from peenar.com worth ₹1700/- and what i got instead was a cheap quality, fake kurti with an equally cheap quality dupatta and it is definitely not wirth my money. I had ordered item worth rs 900 but recieved a product not even worth 100. No body is bothered to take a complain or replace or refund the same. The contact number and mail id given in the site is fake and always switched off and not responding. They are smartly conning people.
This site should be banned and prosecuted untill they give the money back to the customers....

We got a wrong product and the one we received is not even worth 100. There are no return policy and the contact number is always switched off. We spent 1000/- on the product.
It's a scam business and please do not buy from this site. They should ban the site.
We also tried contacting them through mail but nobody bothered to reply us back. They also have disabled the comment section on the site so that customers can't complain....

My mother ordered 2 kurtis from Peenar.com and they sent very low quality different kurtis and charged us 1290 rupees. Nobody picks up calls on customer care numbers.

They keep advertising on Facebook and show very attractive pictures but send out very low quality dresses.

Many people have put countless posts about this fake website which unfortunately we saw after we had already paid for the order....

There is a site by name of peenar.com or punaya.com. Its a surat based company into online female ethnic clothing. Once ordered - their return/refund policy which seemed clear on website - post order neither the customer care nos. Nor any of the links seem to work. There can be a desperate follow up via emails but they will fail to respond or provide any solutions. Social media like facebook posts also do not work on them....
