I ordered product from peeperly india. They made fraud. I got wrong product. Its not same as they are advertising. They are mKing fool all over social media and over ecommerce website. Please take action i need my money back....

They dont cancle my order time to time and not even able to get back my refund

This is the worst possible customer experience I’ve ever seen.. I bought a phone case to give it as gift. We did not like the design when it was delivered and the product is intact as we just removed checked the design and wanted to return since we did not like.. not your company is not ok for refund though the product is intact.. I realised I made a mistake by buying it from your company.. Will suggest not to buy things from Peeperly anymore

I had ordered for Samsung flip 5 back cover but they delivered Samsung flip 3 back cover. Worst consumer care. No return option too.

Have purchased a s23 cover of astronaut back with 2 to 3 days the metallic colour started vanished

I had placed my order a month back. It was a prepaid one. I have sent them so many mails asking them about my 2 phone cover’s delivery. But no they don’t reply at all! Such cheaters. If you can’t send what you promised atleast refund the amount. Reply atleast!

The cases are duplicate speaking from my personal experience and neither do they refund, they take 10 days or more to get it done only after you constantly text them for 24 hours and they reply back after 3-4 days and still don’t refund and the worst part is the products are fake made from the fake material which is always different than the one you see in the photos
Hats off to peeperly and the ceo Rohit Singh who says he’ll get it done but takes weeks and mostly lies so you can’t put your trust in anyone here especially the products
On top they’ve blocked me from Instagram and deleted all my comments so I don’t let them misuse people as they clearly want to fool them they wasted my so much of time looted me and I’m serious Id like a serious action taken against them
They sold me the duplicate case and charged 10 times extra they sold me the different product from which I saw in the photo and lied and took my money

Alright, so here’s a genuine customer review. Honestly, they need to stop advertising on all the social media platforms since they have extremely poor quality products. No kidding, trust me.

I’ve received a product (Ferrari iphone x case) around 10 days ago, however, as the quality of the product was extremely poor (Made of low quality plastic), i immediately dropped an email to them to initiate the return process and eventually the refund. Guys, please note that they don’t have any option available on their webesite to initiate the return, you’ll just have to email them.

And now, it’s been a a week long struggle with them trying to get my money back. Even after several email exchanges and conversations over call with the rude customer care team, they haven’t initiated the refund yet even after confirming 1000 times over an email that they will refund the money by eod on ‘abc’ day, etc.

Later today, an extremely rude customer care representative said ‘we’ll provide you the voucher instead of money (I. E. Rs 2499)’, which is insane when they have confirmed over an email that they will initiate the refund via paytm, etc).
Don’t know what is their issue in refunding the money when the product is returned back to them in its original condition (Last sunday).

This is an extremely insensitive behaviour by you - peeperly team.

I have ordered samsung mobile cover( s8+), which i thought was authentic and Genuine but It was made of highly fake material also the company is fraud.
Now I am trying to contact the Company for the return process but not getting any response from them, this is heights of carelessness, they have registered fake number or mail ID in which i am not able to contact.

Dear sir

On dec 5th 2018, i ordered black colour mirror clear view flip case (Order id no. Ps-88840) but received gold colour product and having lot of scratches which made me dissatisfied.

I would like to return the mirror flip because of its scratches and gold colour instead of black.

But when am going to take up with this company none of the mobile numbers are working (+91-[protected]) which is mentioned on web site & and on invoice numer is ([protected])

When we are mailing they are not responding it back
