I have purchased Pigeon air fryer as Pigeon Healthfry digital airfryer 4.2 L 1200W air fryer from flipkart on[protected]. I have found that the pigeon air fryer is not working properly and there is no heating. the details are as follows FSN: AFRGHDKDDU7BKRCM HSN/SAC: 85166000.
The invoice is attached along with. It was very depressing to find out the product geting out of order soon .

My pigeon electric kettle getting no power

I have purchased the subject product through Flipkart on[protected] vide Order No. OD[protected] Invoice Number# FAC4LO[protected], sold by Consulting Rooms private Limited.

The Glass of subject product was Shattered abruptly on[protected], as could be seen in enclosed photograph, whereas the warranty period which was specifically mentioned of 2 years ; The subject product is under warranty period.
We have mailed to company on 25/02/2022 through registered mail id about the incident & for earliest resolution.

We have regularly follow up with the company and my Request is pending Since Oct.2021, No service was provided even no Engineer bothered to visit the home, further We have mailed to company on 25/02/2022, stating that the complaint is yet to be resolved, after my mail, my Call is registered vide No. 2173637.
On 31/03/2022, the engineerMr. Sanjeev ( [protected]) visited our Home with the Glass Top, but the Glass Top received is not fitted / belongs to BRUNET STAINLESS STEEL, GLASS MANUAL GAS STOVE (04 BURNER).

The Engineer Mr. Sanjeev ( [protected]) informed that they have lodge for replacement, Sir It is more than 06months that a complaint is pending with company UNRESOLVED. The Gas Stove performance is also deteriorating day by day, Moreover due to Broken Glass Stove We are not able to avail the IGL services (Gas pipeline) offered by our Society.

We have mailed several times to customer care & called them but No solution provided yet, The Gas stove top is fully shattered & deterioted need replacement at earliest.

My induction is not working.

I have purchased pigeon induction cooktop 1800W from flipkart on 22/09/2021.But now a bad smell and sound is coming. Kindly solve our issue.

Hi, i purchased pegion water kettle on Jan 2021. But it stopped working last month and I am yet to find the pegion customer care. The product is still under warranty.
