महोदय उपर दिये गये order no, सं का संज्ञान लें, जो की मार्च माह का है, आपने टेबल तो April मे ही भेज दिया था परंतु चेयर (6 pice) अभी तक नहीं भेजा है,
आपके यहाँ ph, करना बेकार है क्यों की कोई उठाता ही नही है, आशा है की आप हमे consumer court में जाने के लिए विवस् नही करेंगे,

I ordered a dining table but it's been more than 1 month and no one is responding to my calls. We've been scammed and id request everyone to NEVER order from this website.

I'm surprised anyone actually got a product from these fraudsters - likely they have their own team posting good reviews for them.

Also, we'd file a complaint in consumer court to make sure these cheats are punished and more people are not scammed.

This online furniture shopping app is fully scam..i orders dining table and chairs in January 11, today 22nd March still i haven't received chairs.they don't have any contact no .. whenever tried to reach them it's only option chat..where every statements are wrong..they have given false delivery tracking no ...i requested them for refund but they are not even responding... fully fraud and scam..
It's horrible experience I spent 20000 but they are not even responding

Had placed order ten days back for extended coffee table of 22k, we tried to check the status but not finding anything also there customer care number has recorded responses, not able to connect anyone.

Finally assembly got done by pengu team carpenter. We are happy with the product. Request pengu team to make assembly service fast. Rest all is perfect.

Got the product within 3 days of purchase, the product design is very attractive and enhance the look of the entryway. This is most unique design we have ever seen for a shoe rack. Quality is superior and over all experience with this brand is good,

My order Id is Dir4270. I ordered folding dining table with docking unit on 8 December 2021. After so many efforts to contact them they only delivered my folding table without docking unit on 22 January 2022 . I also paid for installation fees for my order but installation person didn't come. I tried to reach them for installation as I haven't opened that box. After exusing for installation Pengu said that installation could not be possible so you have to it by urself and installation money will be refunded. There was no docking unit and they never informed me about it . When I asked about the docking unit delivery, they said it will be delivered in no given date.
So i demanded to refund my money for docking unit and installation charges. They are just befooling me by saying that it will be refunded on this date and on that date but not refunding it.

Please don't order or buy. It's fraudulent completely. Seriously I don't know if these company exist also. No reply for cst care. No anyone after I placed my order way back in Nov 2021. But still I don't have any clue abt my orders. Someone named Issac called me personal take care of furniture. I convinced me removed my complaints from this domain giving wrong promises and commitment. Like fool I agreed and still don't know where is my order. Pls don't buy anything. It's just a startup for another online fraudulent. It's my personal request.
