amaze car service
My amaze car, kl.19 d 8820, was given to peninsular honda service centre, kazhakuttom, thiruvananthapuram, for car wash only but they take additional works with out my permission and billed an amount of rs.2005/- i informed that i cannot pay the whole amount, i pay only the car wash charge only but they do not take any action for my complaint. So please take needful necessary action.

I purchased a wrv petrol version (Kl 01 ce 9357) from your dealer peninsular honda, thiruvananthapuram in the month of february 2018. But the service is too bad and not proper. From the first service itself i faced bad experience. No body of the official in the service of peninsular honda never keep the assurance to pick the vehicle, nor they keep the time.
I booked service on 13/8/18 through phone on 10/8/18 and gave specific instruction that before 9.30 am u should entrust some body to pick the vehicle, otherwise i can't hand over the vehicle for service because i want to go to my office.
The service official assured me that they will do.
After 10.30 am some body contact me and informed me that some body is entrusted to take the vehicle.
This is which i faced in my first service also. The service official of peninsular honda is highly irresponsible and they are insulting me.
So i here by request you to do the needful as at the earliest.

bad service for my car

With all respect, yesterday i given my car mobilio (Kl-55-r-717 vehicle no) for the service at your dealer peninsular honda, nh 47, maradu p. O, cochin-682304
Your service department has been unable torepair on my car,
On 17th april 2018 i dropped off my car, at the above show room and they taken 2 days for service and even after the service diesel is leaking from fuel tank, as per adviser confirmation there was an faulty with some petrol pump washer or some oaring and it needs to be replace but they are not keeping stock and his explanation for that was very rare item so we will not keep that kind of item. Really don't know what he mean by that. Let customer suffer we don't wanna keep dead money items. Do this assures you people giving while sealing the cars? Even i experienced shortage of head light bulb before from same team. Do it's at rare item?
When i picked up the car, your employee assured me that it was in complete working order. Thus, i paid almost rupees 17000 only to find that your employees did not make the repairs, and the still doesn’t operate. I spoke with who told me, "we've done the best we could. Take it elsewhere if you're not happy."
I'm certainly not happy, service adviser is giving different advice and technicians are giving different advice. Very shame to know that you are keeping such very discomfited team for attending the calls. What this all shows?

Honda city car delivery

I have already booked a honda city vx mr (d) crp on 31/08/16 and remitted full amount of the vehicle on 08/09/16 from peninsular honda, nh 47 bye pass road, maradu, kochi, kerala. although their sales consultant promissed me that the car will be delivered to me after completing all formalities including the temporary registration of the vehicle on or before 10/09/16, the vehicle could not be delivered in time due to the reasons known to them only. thereupon i caused to sent a letter on 11/09/16 to them requesting either to allot me a car as per my colour choice (wop/asm) as per availability; otherwise cansel the booking of the aforesaid car and refund the full amount of the vehicle at the earliest. since no action has been taken by them in the matter, i caused to sent another letter on 19/09/16 requesting them to cancel the booking of the aforesaid car and refund the value of the vehicle expeditiously as possible. but unfortunately they are protracting the process of taking the decision in the matter. hence i will be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against them for the refund of the aforesaid amount with interest, all the costs and incidental expenses may incur therefrom.

Hopless service

I gave my honda civic 2006 model for service today morning. My vehicle till today morning before giving it for service I never had an issue with the key hole now after service they tell me the key hole has a problem it is getting James you have to spend 10-15k for this. There are many issues from many customers regarding this and I won't tolerate this i need a solution for this I won't spend a single penny for this if I don't get the issue repaired which is caused by them I will go to any extent to get it done.
