The tablet just stop working and it appears a blue screen only. It is not damaged physically but it hanged very extremely. The device is not getting start. My device is in warranty period please i want refund or repair my product as soon as possible. I have ordered this tablet from home shop18 on 28/sep/2016. I want my refund back within the time period of the warranty.

I have purchased one TAB vide order no.[protected] and after getting through from courier found the set to be a used one and the touch screen glass was totally scratched one and looks like a second hand one, why a cheat with me is your company do like wise for ever...HENCE WHATS REMEDY ?...

We ordered pens 3gpro on 8th augus, but on delivery, but todaywhn i am seeing he manufactured dat at te back of the tablet, it is showing 2010 year manufactured which is 5 years old from now.
