I had purchased a pair of bed mattresses from Pepperfry of company Comforto Siesta 5 Inches Memory Foam Single Mattress

I had returned the product with the big help of Consumer Complaints, as they were not replying to the emails.

But now my concern is, they had refunded the money in my wallet "not in my bank account".

I talked with the pepperfy agent regarding a refund in the bank account at the time of the return of the product, but they are denying a refund to the bank account.

If an e-commerce app is taking money in a bank account then why they are not returning to a bank account.

This is a big scam to make people fool. Now they are saying you have only one option to buy again on the app.

The amount stuck in my wallet is "11998" such a big amount for me.

How can I lose my hard-worked money?

If I'm not liking the product then how can you stuck my money in your wallet.

I want my real money, I want my money in my bank account.

Please, Please, Please help!

Because Pepperfry not taking any actions regarding this.

    I didn't like the Mattress hence decided to return the part. This was declined stating that return conditions are not matching. This was not mentioned in the product page while I was booking. Easy return is what mentioned and am attaching the screenshot of the same. Easy return is written all over the website but the conditions are not mentioned. I raised several cases with pepperfry support team but no follow up from them. Pepperfy should write a book on fraud customer with easy return policy. Pathetic

      I booked single bed from pepperfry vide order no.[protected] on 15.5.16. During booking they have indicated that the delivery will be made by 25.5.16. But after booking they along with confirmation order they are indicating that the delivery will be made on 21st june to 26th June 16. By this process they have cheated. While talking to a customer service executive on 25.5.16, the person spoken very roughly and trying to find the fault with me itself.

      For my curiosity i have again opened and checked the website they had indicated today the" if you book this item today you will get delivery by 8th of june 16.

      How it is possible. please stop this online cheating business. The message is reproduced below,
