Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your attention an incident involving the driver of the Pepsu bus, which operates daily from Sirsa to Chandigarh at 4:20 a.m. The bus in question is identified by its registration number: PB02DR9995.

On the day in question, both my family and fellow passengers boarded the bus at 4:10 a.m. due to the door being slightly opened. At that time, no conductor was present, and the bus's air conditioning was not active. We entered the bus solely to secure our seats after purchasing tickets. However, as my parents were exiting the bus, the driver used offensive language and raised his voice regarding our earlier entry.

I kindly request the relevant authorities to take appropriate action against the driver in question for his behavior.

    Respected Sir/Mam,
    My name is Manpreet Kaur and i working so regularly i have to take bus to reach at my destinations. But today in the PRTC bus way from Ludhiana to Hoshiarpur, bus conductor misbehave with me and used abusive language in front of all bus passangers. I need to inform you that I am doing job in LPU Phagwara as an official staff and i seriously can't bear this insult by the bus conductor in your staff. I beg you to take action against that particular bus conductor. The only details which i have that this bus I got at 7.30 pm on Phagwara Bus stand as i have to reach till my home at Ahrana Khurd. I can't expect this behaviour in this government bus . I don't want that any other girl from my area will face that again. I will be very thankful if certain action will be taken against that abusive bus conductor such as to suspend him from his services.

      Hi sir,
      This is to inform you about the fraud done by your employees on you.
      I was travelling from sunam to lehragaga (148031) yesterday evening around 4:45 pm and due to the heavy rush in the bus conductor was not efficient enough to cut tickets. When the conductor came near me, i willingly asked for the ticket. The ticket fare was 35 rupees. I paid the amount and instead of 35 rupees ticket he game me only 10 rupees ticket. I don't know with how many more passengers he does that. When i asked for the ticket, he started shouting on me that he always does that to people.
      I was really disappointed with the behaviour of the bus conductor. Please sir look at this issue very seriously and please do revert me back regarding this query.
      Other details: i clicked a picture of bus with conductor standing alongside that i am attaching below. Bus was routed from sunam to lehragaga nearly 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm.

        On 14 nov.2018, monday at morning time in winter season, all passenger wants to close the window gate, because wind air is coming and driver said that the you can not close the window gate with very rude behaviour. All passengers said please close the window gate and again said with rude behave and same wording. I this case our violate the rights. If our problem is not solve as soon as, then we will move to court to sue a file against pepsu.

          I was traveling from patiala to delhi in bus no. Pb11cf9174. The bus was very over crowded as the passengers couldn't even set both the feet on the floor and the driver was still eager to fill in more people, after having a word with him he threatened me i front of everyone present. I would like to report this matter further and also planning to file an complaint against him for threatening and also not following the safety guidelines against which the bus was overflowing with people. Things like these only leads to accidents.

            श्रीमान जी विनती है कि मैं date 09 october 2018 को time 11:36 minutes पर लुधियाना से पेप्सू रोडवेज की kapurthala depo की 3613 बस में सवार हुआ मैंने कंडक्टर से अहमदगढ़ जाने की टिकट मांगी तो उसमें मुझे अहमदगढ़ की टिकट दे दी
            थोड़ी देर आगे जाकर डेलो बस स्टॉप आया तो कुछ सवारियों ने बस में सवार होकर अहमदगढ़ की टिकट ले ली तो उन्होंने पूछा यह बस अहमदगढ़ अंदर बस स्टैंड पर जाएगी क्या तो कंडक्टर ने बोला कि पहीढ स्टैंड पर ही उतार देंगे यह सुनकर बसवारी बड़ी निराश हो गई
            यह बात सुनते ही मैंने कंडक्टर से पूछा भाई साहब यह बस अहमदगढ़ क्यों नहीं जाएगी तो उसने मुझे बोला कि हमारे पास समय कम है पहीर से आप प्राइवेट बस में चले जाना तो मैंने ऑनलाइन पटियाला डिपो में बस की कंप्लेंट की तो डिपो से कंडक्टर को कॉल आई तो उसने बोला कि मैं आपको अहमदगढ़ छोड़ दूंगा तो हम चुपचाप बैठगई। उसके बाद जब पुहीढ बस स्टॉप आय तों कंडक्टर ने हमें उतरने के लिए बोला तो हमने कहा भाई आपने कहा था कि मैं आपको अंदर लेकर जाऊंगा मगर अपने तो हमें बीच रास्ते में ही उतार दिया यह बात सुनकर बस कंडक्टर बहुत कुछ बोला और मेरी पूरी बस में इंसल्ट कर दी और कहा कि हम आपके नौकर नहीं है सवारी मिले या ना मिले हमने तो ऐसे ही करना है मैंने उसी वक्त पहिड इंचार्ज "महेश भट्ट" को इस बारे में शिकायत की तो उसने भी उसके ही हक में बात की और बोला कि हमें कुछ बसें अंदर जाती है और कुछ सिदी चली जाती है अब यहां से कोई ऑटो या बस लेकर अहमदगढ़ चले जाएं
            गांव में पुछने से पता चल कि उसकी प्राइवेट बसों के साथ सेटिंग है यह सब कुछ देखकर मेरा मन बहुत दुखी हुआ कि हमारी सरकारी बसें ऐसा क्यों कर रहे हैं कृपया मेरी आपसे गुजारिश है की उस कंडक्टर और अड्डा इंचार्ज दोनों पर कोई कार्रवाई की जाए मैं आपकी आभारी हूं

                I was traveling through ticket no. 103488 09/6/17, 010:08:52 from nabha to malerkotla. Fare as per ticket 53/- charged 55/-.
                I am travelling through ticket no. 125971 dt. 09/6/1710:52:59 from malerkotla to ludhiana. Total fare as per ticket 83/- but charged 85/- is there any tradition to charge 2/- extra per ticket. Please clarify.

                    Dear Sir/ Madam Sometimes I travel in PRTC bus which leaves around 8:40 from Sector 43 bus stand for Kasauli(orange colored). I want to bring into your notice that the behavior of this bus's conductor is not appropriate. He talks in a way which is very rude. Yesterday i was sitting in the same bus and i found him talking very rudely to a passenger. The passenger was talking politely and calmly but the conductor was actually "intimidating" that poor fellow. He used words like, " mainu behas krna manjoor nai, katal(if i hear it correctly) krna manjoor hai", " badal sarkar hai aapni, yaari hai ohna de naal"...!! I was shocked and speechless. There is not any sense of humility and humbleness in his tone and mannerism. Kindly take a suitable action against him.The Chandigarh-Kasauli passengers will be highly obliged to you.

                      The Pepsu Road Transport Corporation, Patiala was earlier issuing employee passes by taking 30 single fares and on the pattern of said Corporation, Punjab Roadways also started issuing employee passes on the same pattern. Now the Pepsu Road Transport Corporation, Patiala stopped issuing bus passes to favour private transporters who are political. Due to which on one side PRTC is going into losses and on the other side the daily passengers are openly looted by the private transporters besides feeling harassment. Kindly direct the Managing Director and State Transport Commissioner and Transport Minister to issue passes to daily passengers.

                        i am jagjeet singh from BANUR, Distt. Mohali. the public transport medium from banur to chandigarh is the buses of PRTC. but the major problem is that they are not interested to pick the passengers of BANUR from chandigarh Bus Stand. they simply said that the bus will not stop in banur. i want to ask is there any fly over to cross banur or is there any bypass to cross banur. if some body sit in the bus then the conductors abuse that person and seat does not provide to the passengers of banur. is it the responsibility of the public transportation? the reason may be the absence of the private competitor on the route of Patiala - chandigarh. kindly pass this complaint to the conserned person, i shall be really thank full to you.
