Received a call on 15th Dec 2020 stating I have been selected in Credit Card Goodwill and will be offered a discount card and holiday vouchers. They also made me transfer Rs 8, 950 to them
. The offer is a fraud and no benefits have been provided by them
each & every voucher provided has so many term and conditions that it is really difficult to claim that rewards.
further each voucher has be purchase once again even after payment of Rs 8950/-

their tele executive was called and States that I am nominated as I am using Kotak credit card
They fraudulent describing 5 point benefits
1- complementary 30% discount on various brands this card is not a debit or credit card and not associated with any bank.
2- exclusive domestic holiday voucher for 3 days and 2 nights across India and valid for only
1 years ( 2 complementary voucher benefits)
3- Free health check up voucher which is valid for 1 year and only 2 memeber can avail ( prior 15 days called for book an appointment they will fix appointment on behal[censored]s and send us copy of the details)
4- one food cash back of 4000 which can only be redeemed after redeemption of domestic holiday voucher
5- Jordan welcome kit ( like watch, wallet, belt).
They forcefully asking me make a payment of 8000 However, I am my self a bank employer I knew such calls are fraudulent and they spoken with me in abuse language when I refused to make a payment.
The reason I am writing this because they are representing bank name and I have searched on Google their are so many people got cheated from PERFECT AVENUE COMPANY
My humble request to you take all possible action on this
