After canceling my order they say then will refund my money but i ask about when they will refund they stop replying again

They sent me wrong product and when i asked for a replacement after so many days of messaging and mailing them they agreed for a replacement and return pickup was done, after they recieved the return pickup they are not even replying to my messages or mails

Perfumery. co. in is a perfume shopping website, run by Mohit Khatri in Ahmedabad. I have been purchasing perfumes from their website for a long time to my location - Osmanabad 413501 Maharashtra . But the issue is that their employees deceive the CUSTOMERs, they send wrong orders, either the items are missing, or they send a different item, or even if they send the right product they send it in a small mini size despite doing full payments. This time too, regarding the recent order - ORDER #PPI-SX[protected]XX Which was supposed to have two different items namely TRL 100ml bottle and King of clubs 100ml bottle. They sent TRL, but did not send King of clubs, they sent a different item named ALEXA white (i have also attached the photo of items received in the attachments, on the right side it is aLEXA white, instead of King of clubs). This isn't mainly about money, but their deception almost with every other order. Mohit khatri the owner might not be aware much, but i have emailed him multiple times regarding the deception going on, but still no use. And also to the annoyance, they do not reply on the whatsapp number when there is any issue, also they don't reply on the email. Even after multiple emails and messages they deliberately ignore and hardly solve any issue. This is the prime reason to complain. That the employees deceive, send wrong items or incomplete orders, and then they never reply after CONTACTing them. Despite warning them about legal actions. Also i have attached the previous similar complaints emails. You can see I had to email multiple times, in order to finally get one reply, that they were offensive and said that they don't give a ### whoever I CONTACT. Their whatsapp no +91 [protected]

I ordered three pieces on April 9th and my order is still not shipped. Since it was an international shipping I thought it would be ok to give them some time. Last week I contacted them and they indicated that it would be shipped in the same week. And now they don’t even answer my mails. I am really frustrated. This is fraud.

I don’t know how the situation is for locals but international clients I warn you kindly. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother to order.

Hi, had placed an order on their website and paid online for a mont Blanc individuel perfume. There has been no revert from the company till date despite many email reminders.

I ordered a perfume online from www.perfumery.co.in on 24/11/2020 and online payment also done through my credit card.
They told me everytime that your order will deliver within 4 weeks, then telling 2 weeks and last time when i enquired about order and asked for exactly date of delivery then they told to deliver by 15th of december 2020.
I got too much frustrated and tired to asking so frequently same questions about 100-150 times...
But these people did not give me nothing like tracking id so i can track my order... no customer care no or any other contact number so i can contact them...
Everytime i contact within massages and postpone everytime...
Nothing happening niether on order nor refund...

On 5th may i have purchased a product from perfumery.co.in the customer service is pathetic when i asked for order cancellation they chat person misbehaved i have all the chats and screenshot i'm going to raise a compliant in consumer forum if anyone want the the screenshots mail me on [protected]@gmail.com
It's a fake website once you enter your details while login a person will msg u on what's app on the next day from this number[protected]..
