Misconduct of Auto drivers
Auto drivers at Vaishali metro station are misbehaving. Forcing everyone to sit on front seats irrespective of age and health condition.
Otherwise asking and pushing to get down from their Auto.

Regarding of dumping of stock in market

Sir, I have noticed that your channel and its views are utilised to dump some stocks in market. Note following two incidents last week only.
1. When Channi Petro was at Rs. 261 one of the expert opined its target to be 280. Just after rising for 2 Rs. it started to retract upto 252 and closed at that level. (expert of calcutta who indicated its PE = 1)
2. One day after when it was at 253+ another expert opined the same stock to cross 259 very soon. But after just reaching 254+ it again reached to 242 and closed at 245.
I just want to bring this incident to your knowledge.
1. When Channi Petro was at Rs. 261 one of the expert opined its target to be 280. Just after rising for 2 Rs. it started to retract upto 252 and closed at that level. (expert of calcutta who indicated its PE = 1)
2. One day after when it was at 253+ another expert opined the same stock to cross 259 very soon. But after just reaching 254+ it again reached to 242 and closed at 245.

This is regarding my credit card statement for Flipcart Axis bank card number[protected]
I had enabled auto debit facility from my SB account [protected] for the above credit card. The due date of payment for the month of march was on 7/3/2023. Enough cash balance was available in my account for payment of the credit card bill on 7/3/23. On 9/3/2023 I received a IVRS call from the Axis bank saying1.10that payment for the credit card is not made. Based on the call, I checked my SB account transactions and seen that payment for credit card bill did not happen. I reviewed the Credit Card account details in Axis Bank Mobile App and confirmed that the auto debit facility is already enabled. So I contacted Axis Bank mobile banking phone number[protected] at 15.15 hrs on 9/3/2023 and explained the details. After checking the details the Executive informed that it is a technical error and the auto debit facility will be effected shortly and advised me no action required from my end as enough balance is maintained in my SB account. Since then again IVRS call was received by me on 15/3/23 stating that my bill is not paid and directed me to pay immediately. Again I contacted the phone banking number[protected] and explained the details at 11.10 Hrs on 15/3/23. The Executive after checking the details informed that I need not do anything and the amount will be automatically debited. Today on 17/3/213 to my surprise again I received IVRS call that directed me to pay the amount immediately. When checked the card statement, it is seen that Additional charges for late payment fine, interest and GST amounting to Rs 2332 is charged on my CC. I again contacted the phone banking number[protected]and to my surprise the Executive informed that nothing can be done and I have to pay the full amount including additional interst/fine . After arguing he informed that a discount of Rs 500/ can be allowed in the bill. I asked to connect to his superior Officer, even though he agreed, even after waiting on the other end of phone for more than 20 minutes, he informed that the Officer is busy and indefinite delay is anticipated.
I am high spending customer and associated with Axis bank for more than 20 years. My credit card bill for the month of Jan 23 was 2.62 lakhs. It can be seen that I had never made any default so far for timely payment of the two credit cards issued to me. It is not my fault that the payment is not made from my account even though auto debit facility was enabled by me. The phone banking executives while speaking to me on 9/3/23 and 15/3/23 assured me that no additional charges/fine will be on me and action to be taken by me including direct payment to the card. This can be verified from the Call Recordings data on the above dates.
Considering that no fault made from my side for delay in payment, the additional late payment fee/ interest etc my be waived from my bill and a fresh statement may be issued immediately so that I can make the payment for the bill amount without any interest or additional penalties.

Hotel booking refund due to unavailability of hotel room

It's been more than a month i am following up on calls and mails for my refund. Why is the delay in refunding my payment when Hotel has not provided me with any room? As you know, even on that night we called you using the Hotel Reception Phone and that day you confirmed that you will get reimbursed.
Today I called customer care and shared my concern with Chanda Gupta: on 13March23 1PM. She said she has escalated it to the concerned team and scheduled a call back.

Fare Hike

The sharing rick fare has been hiked from Rs 10 to Rs. 15. The meter rate from Borivali stn to Metro Mall is Rs. 26/- but unfortunately we are paying Rs. 15/- per person so thts Rs. 45/-.

Suspended My two Accounts for No Reason
I am using olx since many years. Today when i posted ad, suddenly after few mins i saw they suspended my account. Still i login from my second no. But same situation there too. That account too suspended. What the # is going on olx.

Absraction of goods(items send via speed post parcel)

Sir,
This is to inform that Parcel sent from KANNUR(KERALA) dated 28/11/22 to BAREILLY(UP) recieved on 6 /12/22 but in very bad condition from inside and many items from the Parcel missing and stole.
Firstly the package was in such bad condition and that too open (brown cartoon box)as can been seen from the attached pic as below.
I sent clothes to my Mother for my Relatives wedding . The parcel box was wrapped with transparent bag and sealed from all sides using White packet. But when the package was delivered, all items were already stolen from it especially NEW SAREES, LENGHA and DRESS MATERIALS around 15 items and only some dresses and sarees(old ones)were left and were replaced with empty poly bags cheap items of same weight.
We have got only empty packets and things are missing from the parcel.Very bad service.And the products received are in open state which clearly shows that the parcel has been opened by someone in between.These kinds of things are not expected from India Parcel post service.Really very disappointed. Please look into matter about this and revert as early as possible.
The Parcel was weight around 18 kg and when we got was only around 7 kg in return and rest 11KG ITEMS MISSING
When my Mother shared images of parcel she received, I noticed that the thieves cut the parcel cloth from one side, took away the items and stitched it again, Only mistake they did was, they put the all old items and everything was in open and dump state like garbage.
We raised complaints at various levels but no positive response. Officers at Indian post also shamelessly recommended us to use private courier company from next time as stealing is very common.. Govt should completely stop India Post and remove all its corrupt employees.
How can we trust INDIA POST SERVICE
It is requested that our claim for the damages caused by the carelessness of the postal staff may please be passed and sent to us at an early date.

Dogs menace and threat to even adults

We stay at Lakshmi nagar phase II near PSRao nagar water tank. In our area lot of Street dogs around 10-15 in number out of which some are having collar belts are storming out of blue on residents with no age or gender bar.
My husband got bitten by the dog recently and under went treatment and vaccination.
Had we not stoped the on going assault no residents can even walk on the street at any given by time.
For an effective, proper and complete solution we have come to this forum, so as the needful arrangement to be done.

Stolen goods from luggage

Hi I have flew twice in your flight from Auckland to New Delhi. Both times your service has upset me. Last time you stole my laptop bag and now this time I had a power bank and all my prescribed drugs from my luggage which was checked in and the worst thing was your people broke my locks to get to it. I feel so embarrassed and it hurt my feelings that flying with you doesn't mean any privacy. For the next time u would gladly spend few hundred dollars extra to get some other flight. I would never recommend this flight to any of my friends or relatives. I hope you would take my compliments and won't do the same thing to others again. I am a patient and you guys have put me so much burden on me by stealing my medicines from me. I hope someone will get pissed on you people and make you feel uncomfortable. You people should pay for what you have done. I might go further to this complaint and rate my experience of 01 star. Do email me for more details

There are alot of mosquitoes in our area and they are creating a Havoc. I am a resident of Siddhartha Extension, New Delhi 110014. I plea you to get fogging and spraying done in our area for some relief.

Bad condition of Roads
Sir, In Dombivli road conditions are so bad, ice factory road MIDC road too much bad please take this seriously, this is the main roads and many students travel day to day, this road so bad this may be casing accident also.

Please advise how we can revert the transaction back to My ICICI Bank.

Hello, I am a resident of Krishna Nagar Opposite GSI Office Seminary Hills Nagpur - 440006. There are a huge number of stray dogs in our locality because of them we are facing issue as they keep barking at late nights and also they have bitten some of the childrens near by. Requesting to please help us by taking these dogs away from here.
