I have bought a gift card to gift to my friend. I got the confirmation regarding the same. The money was detected from the account and to my horror the gift card when opened there was no amount, not friend can use it.
The company kept the complained open for more than 72 hrs with the promise that it will get resolved. But keeps on increasing the dead line.

I made a payment using UPI to the TATA SKY BILL DESK via GPAY. The amount got got deducted from my account but is not reflecting in my tata sky account. The TATA SKY BILLDESK needs to transfer me ₹452 rupees as per the amount that I transferred to TATASKY BILL DESK via GPAY.

I purchased HP laptop on 7 months before and. I frequently getting "No Hard disk found issue". I raised case No. [protected] on 3nd Nov 2021. Service engineer team replaced twice time hard disk was replaced and still the same issue occurs.

Even i got one mail from Hp service team that Motherboard changed on 30th Nov 2021. But no one(service team) came and replaced Mother board. and what is happend. how they will update like that without doing any service.

Could you please check with concern team and provide solution asap.

I have an appointment with a physiotherapist. Unfortunately I forgot the time. I called to confirm the time. Since morning I called more than three to four times just to get connected to the physiotherapy department and to confirm about the time. Every time I was put on hold to get connected to the physiotherapy department but no one from the physiotherapy department was responding to the call. I told the executive that no was responding but she turned a deaf ear to that. Last but not the least while I was trying to explain my purpose of calling Jupiter hospital the executive was so impatient and impolite that she hung up my call. The hospital have expert, famous, qualified, well behaved, polite doctors. The customer care department is equally incompetent, impolite and impatient.

Dear Sir,
We have shifted to Mansarovar area recently and it is been observed that people here had furnished ramp the floor with tiles of the compound to acquire the government land .
One of the proffessor near us had recently furnished the area outside his main gate seeing the other neighbours acquiring the common land.
As an responsible citizen I need to intimate the thing. I also don't think that the people who all are residing has right to unnecessary acquire the common Nagar Nigam land without any permission.
People had made the square shaped small area called (houzia)outside there houses but they never use it to put water for stary animals. I watched many times people hurting animals if they sit outside their houses.
I really do not understand inside area is there's also on acquiring outside area they become owners of the street land and don't let stray animals sit there. If at all they sit people object saying our kids will get germs and get infected and all.

Need to understand if government allow the owners to use the streets and common area for their sole purpose. May be I am wrong thinking the common land is for everyone common use and for stray animals.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
I urgently need to know for the future sake.

Scheduled a pickup from my residence the Courier guy who came to collect was not in aramex uniform when i ask him if he is from aramex he told me that pick and delivery outsourced by aramex, then he collects my document and when i ask for acknowledgment there is no acknowledgment and he was rude. Since the payment was made in advance i had no choice but to give my document. When i insisted for acknowledgment he send it to my Wtsup. And after he leave he immediately delete the msg. And he didn’t take my calls after that. Really bad, mediocre, crappy, pathetic service provided by aramex. Hope things will be managed better in the future.

Too much noise in night time, must of the time they start in night and it continues till morning 2 to 3 AM in Puppalguda, Manikonda area. Please look into this and help us to sleep well in night. There are many old people and heat problem people in the area and they can't tolerate the high level of noise with crackers.

This is for your kind information or request that i go for dine at your good reputed Hotel for dinner on dtd:[protected], as we know the reputation and name fame of this hotel but quality of food is served very very much bad not a single penny worth. At the time of eating food satisfaction level for taste is very important, but satisfaction is depends upon the quality and preparation of food but the both are not there. Style of serving food is good, staff dealing, environment, cleanliness everything is good and there but the main thing is food that is very much poor. Rotten Chappati's was served.

Now at last i would like to request you that kindly improve your quality of food and resolve this issue. I waste our money and anybody can't.

I am Souradeep De, a resident of Girish Avenue, near the house of Girish Ghosh, Kolkata 700003, is facing a severe problem of stray dogs in our locality.

There are a large number of stray dogs creating a fear in everyone's mind as they bark and chase local people everytime.
They are harmful to the resident and make too much noise at night. They are making the road dirty by excretion of stool here and there in the locality, in the footpaths, in the roads and where not! In recent years, their number has been increased manifolds as neither the local dog lovers who feed them arrange for their mass sterilization programme, nor the Kolkata municipal corporation. They are hampering our sound sleep during night after our hard days work, so much so that sometimes it is becoming impossible to sleep even if after taking sleeping pills. Recently in the last month 10 new dogs have taken birth in the girish avenue itself and the number is much higher in the entire bagbazar area.
Please do resolve our problem as it's getting really serious.

These house has no water meter connection and also no borewell. With support of corporator Jabeen Abdulsalam they have direct connection. To the main line. Water is missed used for cleaning vehicles. Buildings and etc.

Sir. please look into this seriously..I had a zoom session..of a coaching..it was a demo class. So to continue was asked to do the payment using a link which was given in the chat box..using that I tried to the do the payment via g-pay..to [protected]@mairtel. Did on Oct 3rd but was processed and completed day before yesterday..Im not using razorpay personally but I did the payment like this. Im damn sure that I did the payment using the link provided by them..but still say that they didn't get..so I decided to give a charge back complaint tomorrow.
