This is to bring to your kind attention that now a days hawkers are increasing at Mumbra Devi Road, Opp Railway Station, Mumbra, Pin NO. 400612
They have started storing material, selling goods, littering, making road narrow for vehicle and lot of trouble for pedestrian.

May be request you to look into this issue and clear the road from hawkers.

I saw an ad on facebook and thought of buying a royal enfield bike. A person who told his name as vikas patel (Phone - [protected]) told him as an army officer and asked me to pay the money via googlepay to number [[protected] ] so that he can get the phone released from office. To prove his identity - he sent me his csd canteen identity card, and his other pics (Attached). Considering the authenticity, i transferred him initial 3150/- via gpay. Fraud complaints has filed.., i realized that i am being fooled by this guy and i told him that i am going to file a complaint against him. Instead of switching off his phone, he said to me that you dont know power of army and me and i (Vikas) will file a case on me for fraud, he started threatning me and started talking in a rash way.

I would request you guys not to transfer money unless you see the product, no matter how trusted the other party is. Just sharing my plight so others dont suffer : (

I would request this matter to be urgently looked as i am seeing multiple complaints for fraud done under the name of indian army and this guy is fooling people.

Delivery boy bhaskar talked very rudely with my wife and item not delivered.

I have purchased a DrVaku Oximeter paying 799/- on delivery. I tried to install it putting new AAA battery. But there was no display at all. I sent a complaint immediately which was registered giving a no.88373104 promptly.However it is of no use since no action is taken except displaying registration. I tried to call the phone no given in the receipt which promptly spell out saying you will be connected to one of our sales manager then gets disconnected without connecting to anybody. I would have tried more than 20 times but of no use. This is the most bogus on line showing company I have seen . number one cheaters. At least they should inform us whether they are arranging to pick it up or we have to send it. I doubt my 799/- is post

I want to understand why would a number appear busy when the person was actually not on a call.
The message was clear stating that "the number that you are trying to call is on another call, please call later".
When would such a secario happen?
Would it happen if the person is not on a call and your automated message says the above..
I need to get this understood, because if in reality the person was not on a call and your message meant that the person was because the line appeared busy, then it is very very misleading.
Please help me understand in which scenarios, when the line appears busy, if would actually mean the person was not on a call.

The whole thing is :
I tried calling a number this morning and it came busy and i got the above message everytime i dialled, that the person is on a call. But this person says that he was not on a call at all. Can you please help me understand this, becuase if airtel simply gives out this message, then it is creating a rift between a couple. Hence i need to sort this out.

Appreciate your support in clearing the mislead, please.

Regarding delivery of courier. As per your person told, he came to premises and call to mobile. But mobile is a not a tool to deliver any thing. My premises is not closed even your person updated the status as premisee closed. Your person taken advantage of covid -19. He told to collect courier at office. Is that not right way to talk!!! First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

I am writing with distress about makemytrip.com regarding cancellation charges when indigo airline refunded the full amount.in addition, i want to makemytrip.com to refund rs. 25, 693/- which was illegally deducted from me.

1. I had booked return airticket from mumbai/dublin/mumbai, travel date 28th april, 2020, with makemytrip.com, indigo airlines.
(Pnr no. Uep8vl partner's pnr/booking reference: riumdc)
2. On enquiry, indigo staff informed me that airlines, itself have cancelled all flights to turkey/dublin and no cancellation charges will be levied during lockdown period.
3. On enquiry with makemytrip.com on their service nos, one of the makemytrip.com staff confirmed that there will be no cancellation charges, as the airlines have cancelled the flights.
4. On their confirmation that they will be no cancellation charges, i cancelled my ticket. Indigo were true to their words, and they immediately emailed me the credit note, for the full amount of rs.49, 521/=. Indigo credit note is attached.
5. In addition, indian government, dgca and the supreme court has instructed not to deduct cancellation charges during the lockdown period.
6. *your own spokesman stated in times of india dt. 18/03/20. "they are not levying any fee for processing, cancellation or rescheduling requests for domestic as well as international flight".
7. I got a shocked when makemytrip.com deducted the cancellation charges of rs. 25, 693/-, when indigo refunded full amount of rs. 49, 521/-. Inspite your spokesman, dgca and supreme court instructed not to deduct cancellation charges, the cancellation has been deducted from me.
8. You have not paid the insurance and mmt conveyance fee, as on date and still these charges were recovered from me. Is this the integrity of makemytrip.com - gaining from two source for the same expenses
9. Indigo has fully refunded rs. 49.521/-. Why makemytrip.com deducted cancellation charges of rs. 25, 693/- and deposited only rs. 23, 828/- into my bank account.
10. You were trustee of mine rs. 49, 521/- and it did not belong to you. You must immediately refund the balance amount of rs. 25, 693/- to my bank account. It will show that makemytrip.com is ethically and integrity sound.
11. If you do not refund rs. 25, 693/-, within 3 working days, then i will have no other option to take this issue with the government, dgca and other legal actions against you.

I have ordered a bottle of sampoo. When i open it after immediate delivery i found that the bottle is damaged and leaked. Liquid were flowing outside. Even the cartoon in which bottle was packed is wet. I immediately contacted flipkart and raised a complaint.
