However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I have not recieved my PF amount even after 8 months of submission of the Application Form for the with drawal of my PF amount. My PF number - MH/THN/200698/1116. I am really frustrated abou this. I have called multiple times to the PF office and nobody picks up the call.
