Very unprofessional.. misbehaving. specially sonu in dialysis team. he misbehave. & put worng. fistula needly. after i said stop. i got so much pain then he shout a lot. & i was soo much in pain..

Doctor send us many times to get the reports from RBA H1 OFFICE OF HAEMATOLOGY. But the service person is behaving like we are dumb stupid and it's totally heartbreaking. We have faith on PGIMER .I talked very calmly with him.

OPD lady doctor missbehawe

Doctors don't know how to take a sample and they try again and again that is not good and it affects babies.
They even don't know how to inject injection and how to use canola they tray more than 10 times.
They do not tell patients what is the problem and they only pass messages sr to jr and jr to nurses and nurses reply they don't know what is the problem.
And if parents want to discuss it with doctors then they start abusing and speeding loudly.
we know doctors are also a god who save lives but they are also a human then they need to understand the problems.
and if these doctors work in their own clinic then they behave very politely. so I request please stop practices on spacially chiends.

I checked my child in apc PGI chd in 2017 for enlargement of head size. they trf case to Nehru hospital neuro surgery department. Head size not creating any problem to child he run /talk/ do everything as normal child. As parents we don't want any problems in future so we take him to PGI Chandigarh.

Pgi neuro department start surgery and their operation fail every surgery they did 4-5 surgery. At last they trf case back to APC neuro department.

Now child neither speak/sit/walk/not properly eat only on bed bed for last 5
years.
PGI Chandigarh raised their hands after spoling child life & make him handicapped & dependable for whole life.

They spoil us mentally/financilay & makes our life hell.

This is my meassage after spoiling hundred life & family if you do new invention ALL ARE Worthless.

I gave renal biopsy and I live outside from Chandigarh to take reports I have to come specially to pgi for reports pgi has grown so much but still we need to wait in line for reports why this online portal has been built then
- after taking appointments online still next day we need to wait for huge line to get regeneration again and wait in line to meet doctor what’s the use of online appointments if patient is standing in line and waiting for doctors
- when case is attached to more then 2 departments with doctors why patients has to run at every building every department separately to different doctors why can doctor connect by them selfs

This is about security guard behaviour . Her name is kusum and her colleague (om security) ; i Don't know about colleague name. They were giving duty on gynae and labour ward . My wife named Manisha had a pre-term delivery on 29-03-21 at 06:00 a.m.. She was shifted to labour extension ward after 4-5 hours and baby was still in NICU labour ward Later so she was advised to milk feed baby . So she needs to walk from extension ward to gynae ward. She went by walk due to which she felt pain as recently she had a delivery and due to stitch. So i arranged a wheel chair for her to avoid long walking while returning. So i was waiting outside that gynae ward with wheel chair in my hand. i was very tired as did"t have sleep since 40 hrs. So i sat near a wall with wheel chair in my hand. She suddenly came to me and started shouting that stand up from here and go to waiting area as no-body is allowed to sit here. I requested to her that my wife is about to come after milk feed and I need to watch out for wheel chair also because you can can not carry wheel chair in waiting hall and if you leave wheel chair outside hall and you are inside that then somebody will take it for their use. But she said I don't know about anything, you stand up. So i stood up and put the wheel chair side and went to waiting hall. I requested her that please inform me when my wife will come after feeding as it is dangerous for her to walk and she is not having any phone for which she agreed.after 10-15 min. My mother called me that where are you, mainsha has came in her extension ward with baby as baby was released by doctor from NICU. She has walked and feeling pain. I went to that security guard and said why you did not inform me about my wife it's your duty to inform . She shouted u talk to me in manner while I was talking politely and every body around me seen that. So i said to her manner is in behaviour and work and because of your ignorance my wife and baby can face any injury. She just kept shouting at me along with her colleague. And said get the hell out from here. I was very embarassed and exhaust ed but due to my wife pain i went to my wife first.
So please it is my humble request to take strict action against her as it can lead to very bad or even fatal situation of patients just by her very un-professional, rude and disrespectful behaviour.

I am Radhika. I went to Neurology department today for my mother's checkup. We were sitting since 4:30 AM. Counter opened at 8 AM and my turn came around 9 AM. There was a girl named Deepshikha. She was making cards. She misbehave with me and abused me saying ANPADH KAHI KI. She refused to give me information saying MEIN YAHA SIRF CARD BNANE K LIYE BETHI HU NA KI INFORMATION DENE. She did not even told us where to collect the cards from and took my old card also. I was hovering over around 3 hours and my entire day got ruined because of her. I had test date today which I was not able to get it done.

One more staff helper (Who was sorting the cards) was there named VINOD when I went near to him to ask where to get the card from, I did not even asked him anything and just got near to him, he pushed me away from shoulder and said MUJHSE KUCH PUCHHNA MAT OR NA HI ME BTAUNGA.

This was my second visit to PGI, and it was terrible. Apart from doctors, helping staff and card making staff are literally horrible. Will never recommend this hospital to anyone and this is a serious issue to look for. Govt officials must have some hidden inspection to check out their behaviour.

The behavior of almost every staff nurse is not satisfactory...they all treat very rudely and they try to dominate the attendant of patient by their high vocals

Main 3 saal se bhut bimar hu...infection se bhut presaan hu...3 saal hoge mujhe pgi ka chakkar lgate hue..na hi koi call recieve krta hai na hi koi Doctor milta hai...

On 21st Feb 2022 i booked for tele opd at 10.59 AM . My CR no is[protected]. I waited till evening . But no Doctor from Cadiology department did not call me. Plz resolve my complaint.

Where as i tell him, i suffer my eye problem since 7 year. So i am not satisfied from this telephone consultation service.

Here i am because facing this problem.here i pgi security Gaurd and also supervisor using abusing language and behaviour too bad. They use bad word without understanding... In hindi, , Government ne inko humare liye he rkha hai na ki hum logo se bad language use karne ke liye or ye free ki salary le rahe hai bs..

I am calling the no. [protected] Given for online appointment for cardiac centre since yesterday.from 8-9.30 am, but phone is always busy or put on hold. But this should not be done. It is harassment to patients. Kindly resolve the issue immediately.

We are complaining about system of pgi hospital.. all the doctors are very careless and not working properly.. all are behaved rudly to patients. We are going for our mother treatment of cancer.. but from 2 months we daily go to radiotherapy section and doctors said system is not working.. how can it be done that in pgi from 2 weeks system is not in working.. what the hell is this? Its government responsibility that the treatment of cancer are not started in hospital from last 2months...kindly improve the system and give facility to patients. All the patients are crying and very sad in front of doctors. But all the doctors said i can't do something and go to home...kindly improve it..

Here i am because facing this problem.here i pgi security Gaurd behaviour too bad. They use bad word without understanding your problem.here in pgi they permission how you stand or where if you are not listening they don’t allow anywhere without know how much problem facing you and your patient.
My experience with security Gaurd. Am wakeup last 36 hours because my patient is suffering both kidney failure so he is not conscious. For handling this situation i need more then two person. We handling our patient a security Gaurd his name is lakhwinder singh saying “oye tum jaoge baher ya nhi”. Then we sad “bhai sahab pyar se baat kr lo.patient ek bnde se nhi samhal rha” then he rudely and loudly said “maine theka liya hua hai bs ek bnda rukega nhi to le jao apna patient yaha se”. Now you people tell me this behaviour is good ?
May be not but security supervisor and other support him.
“Normal person ki toh kahi sunwai he nhi hai..”

No response no body help him

My brother is suffering from varicose veins problem, General surgery doctor entered the name of patient in OT list on 13 sep 2021 but still date of surgery not given, my brother is unable to move. After that I had done many teleconsultation Registration online but they do not calling on scheduled date of teleconsultation .I am hopless, what should I do.pls Resolve the problem.

I am Anil Khandelwal's treatment of plastic surgery has not taken seriously yet. It has been 10 days till now that I haven't received feedback from pgimer doctors. Due to this my Contidition is getting down day by day.
I request you to please take strict action against my complaint and enquire them to treat patients seriously and rapidly.

Though PGI chandigarh has done a remarkable improvement in their services but still there is huge improvement required in almost all the departments. Today 27 Oct. 21, I was given the appointment for echo at 11 am. And right now it's 4.30 pm, and I am still waiting for my echo test to be done. Totally mismanagement in terms of appointment given. No records maintained that a department can do how many echo test in a day? A heart patient ha to wait for 5 to 6 hours in a waiting Hall full of 50 to 60 persons. What a fun where Govt keep on asking to take precautions.

Authority should notice that and take proper action so tht peow have to wait least.

My father is suffering from oesophageal cancer we have teleconsultation for today i.e[protected] but doctors don't call back. Neither the telephonic number is reachable its always busy.

Patients are upset, security is speaking wrong to patients, my patient had an operation today, I was not allowed to go with him, the patient is mentally weak, his eye is 59, the security here is very useless, the back door guard told me the patient I was not allowed to go with him, when I went to the guard at the front door, he said the last guard spoke and said about you, you can't go in, these should be dealt with severely, thank you.

I am submitting my complaint regarding tele OPD number [protected]. I have been trying to reach on this number from last two weeks. Even after trying for more than 300 times a day. We are not able to connect with operator on this number. I have been told by the doctors of Rheumatology department to get my self checked after one month. Now it is being more then two weeks that I am trying to connect with doctors on the same no. But not able to connect with operator. My CR No is[protected]. Please help me if possible.

After the reports come I again teleconsult with the doctor again on 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th Aug 2021 (Tuesday) as the OPD is only on Tuesday's but I didn't receive any call from the doctor on all the above mentioned days.
We have raised our issue with the concerned department (Gaestroentrology) also but no solution was done.
Kindly look into the issue so that patient should not be harassed and treatment should be given on time.

Me aapko btaana captain hu ke 14 may 2021 ko mom ka accident ho gyaa that jiske doraan head me chot aayi this and left side ki arm 2 places sw fracture ho gyi thi after 30 may ajj 18 August ho gyi he hospital me koi doctor operation ke liye kuch v btaa nhi rhaa hmm jaate he or Jake vapis aw jaatw he lekin koi v kuch respons ninkr rhaa. Or yhaa mom ki arm yaada khraab ho rhi he do ko call krte he lekin Bo call ni uthaate.
Ajj hmm pressman hp gye he round lgaate lgaate lekin koi v solution nhi mill rhaa.
So please do something ASAP taake aage or halat khraab nss ho.

I visited pgi in march, then i got helpline number from hospital after calling 1 hour i registered myself then doctor called me, i am suffering with chronic liver problem then they told me to blood test ultra sound i did everything according to them but after that i registered myself again then doctor told me to do more test then again i did according to them. Now i am trying to contact them from more than 1 month, i registered myself on their phone number but still no call from doctor. I called on number which from doctor called me but they dont pick they dont even look my msgs. My liver function test gone very high from 82 to 695 but still they haven't saw my reports yet. I think they want to do my liver transplant thats what they want.

Patient went for stunt implantation in the pancreas twice as first time it was not done properly and second time it was implanted.But after few days patient again started feeling the pain and came back again for check up in 18 days from Shimla. at that time they refused to treat the patient as they said this is pancreas pain nothing can be done. Now when went for the check in IGMC Shimla thet are saying that stunt has removed from bodies.When PGI dr was contacted for the same he refused to do check up as he said he is busy in covid duty.No doubt world today is fighting with the covid but it doesn't mean that other health issues are not important I am moving health ministry with teh same case as my lot of money and time have been wasted by Dr.

They don't pick up ph. Calls... Very unsatisfied service provides by staff member.

We had calling multiple times on contact[protected] since last Saturday but after trying many times, always say one thing "the number is trying is busy".I had also physically visited for registration for new OPD then doctor available for near to enquiry table replied me, please always try with contact no or online registration through site visit and very rude during talking.I had also tried for registration through website but visited the site, we had not edit or select the visit date for registration.My wife is under treatment for pgi chandigarh Psychiatry department.My wife having CR no.[protected].I am working in bank of india zonal office chandigarh and as per administrative level isif patients facing any problem the pgi chandigarh administration give alternative solution for maximum treatment.I am facing this problem since 6 days then what about normal patients who have hope in pgi.I am living at sector 42 but two times personally visit at pgi there are no any solution comes from pgi.I request to you please registered my wife treatment under gastrolgy and liver department.I am disappointed from pgi chandigarh.
