Hi,

The official (Junior engineer) in maintenance office, sector 24 chd is extremely rude. When we were handing over the govt. House in same sector after my father's death to pgi, we were supposed to get some no dues documents, for which he made us run from pillar to post. Moreover, as my mother was following up with them alone and is not educated much, he talked repeatedly very rudely with her and denied any official guidance.

When i went to his office to complaint about it, he talked rudely with me as well.

He has no basic ethics to talk to women, in spite of the fact that we are family of a late, dedicated sincere employee of pgi.

My father gave his heart and soul in serving this institution and in return we get, rudeness, lethargic and extremely un-professional behavior from govt employees.

Hoping for a management change and behavioral classes for these kind of employees.

My Complain is towards the Security Guards in Car parking.
on 20 april 2017 Security Guard was guiding to park our Endeavour car from Backside. He did't guide Proper by which car's back Bumper damaged and it costs Rs. 10, 000/- to make it proper. that security guard misbehaved and argued with us and in actual he knows that its his fault becuause he did't give proper direction to park it from backside and damaged our back bumper.
so, plz my request is to fulfill our damage and punish that Guard.

There is a weard behaviour of nurses in hdu (Hematology) department p. G. I.. Nurses during night shift present themselves in a bad manner with the patient and there attendents. If somebody needs or wanna ask something to them they simply refuse strictly as if they r the owner of pgi. I request the hod dr pankaj malhotra (Haematology department) to look on to this issue as soon as possible. Will b thankful to u

My mother is suffureing from hearing problem since last 6 months. She can't hear loud noises and by hearing so, sometimes she fainted. I consulted the top Ent, specialists for that but nothing got catched in the reports. Finally the doctor, prescribed me to go for Videonystagmography (VNG), that is only available in PGI.
When I visited to PGI for the test, I decribed all the history. The doctor mentioned that we'll conducted all the test again and add he added VNG test too. The labs given me the specific date for that. But the Consultant in VNG lab asked me to get signed below the test in the prescription sheet. I went back to doctor. Along with that doctor, another nincompoop Junior resident was there who interfered between our conversation and said that this test can't be permitted until the senior resident will allow. I requested him to kindly arrange that and get it signed from the senior resident. Then he refused to do so and cancelled the VNG test, specifically for which I had come along from the 280 km distance. and told me that go for another tests before. I requested him 5 times to kindly permit the test as all other tests had done before and all reports were clear. Then he told me don't worry, I'll manage to arrange the immediate test if these report will be ok.
And after a week, When I visited the doctor again with all the reports were cleared and kindly arrange the VNG test today, then the doctor told me that the consultant of the test is absent today . I got shattered. And then I asked the doctor to call that doctor who promised me that day that I'll manage that. then He replied, he is absent too.
Serioulsy these guys were taken me for granted. At that particular time, I lost me temper and asked him to arrange a meeting with your senior as my mother's condition is getting worse day by day. She can't bear the pain. After some discussion with the senior resident they referred my mother to the NEUROLOGY department.
I mean what the ****. I came to the so called PGI - the best remedy for all the diseases. for the particular one test. and the doctors had given me a merry-go-round and referred my mother to neuro department.
I am really freaked out with all that. All the time they had given me rounds and excuses. That's it. Nothing else.
I have written all this to kindly help me out. Kindly provide me a number or something to contact to whom i can get help. I would never came to PGI, if this test would be possible in any private laboratory near my region. But, it was my bad luck that I had to vist PGI.

Mujhe 28june ko heath problem hui jis regarding main Pgi emergency gya bt doc ne reports dekh kr mujhe private Hospital mein ja kr Dalysis k rwane k liye bola.30 june se private Hospital se dalysis star hua .thoda stable hone pr 15July ko main Pgi opd gya .bt nw jb se treatment start hua tb ka Cronin certificate bnawane k liye Pgi staf no boal rhe hai .opd card ki date se hi Cronin ka certificate bnega aisa boal rhe hain.bt i want my all mony back bec Kidney ki prblm ka hi treatment k liye maine private hospita mein kafi badi amount di hai .m government employ nd CKD patient. I need mony bt Pgi staf mein mam certificate bnane mein meri help nhi kr rhi

On dated 18 Nov 2015 I Nitin Sharma have visited in PGI Chanidgarh(Plastic Surgery Department) room no 4038 (Senior Residents) to check my younger brother's (NITISH) right hand, which was got fractured on 16 Nov 2015, which was referred by Orthopedics dept on 16 Nov 2015.

But this was really a bad experience for us with Respected Senior Residents of Plastic Surgery (Room no 4038), She was very Rude with us, and she refuse to attend the patient, which was referred by Orthopedics dept on dated 16 Nov 2015.

I future i will never recommended to any for visit the PGI Chandigarh.

Request you to kindly take proper action against above mentioned staff member and there should be proper system.

The Doctor of Chndigarh are very careless about the patient. They are not interested for the health of the patient, they provide only test by test, not heard the concern about the patient. If they cannot operate or treat some one they should refer the patients some where, instead of excusing and harassing them. It is not the matter of money that patients are going there, we feel that there will be more experienced doctors instead of private hospitals.

I was asked to bring injection orofer fcm 1000 mg by endocrinology dpt headed by dr. Anil bansali. I went to chemist royal medical store shop no. 1 new opd pgi chd and he gave me injection encicarb 500 mg * 2. He did not inform me that he is giving me prescribed medicine. He even showed me the medicine after i made the payment and stappled the prescription. On reaching home i realised that i was given wrong medicine.

This incident dates back to. I had gone to PGI Hospital Chandigarh for the treatment of my grandson. We were prescribed some medicines, which we I went to buy from the pharmaceutical shop named as ‘Baby Care’. As I was in the queue to buy the medicines, a man came with unopened medicines along with the bill to the same shop so as according to the provisions the unopened medicines can be returned and refunded accordingly. But to his surprise, the attendant at the shop refused to return and refund, saying that the medicines had not been bought from the shop. To his surprise he was even told that they were not even prescribed on the prescription bill. The man insisted but in vain and after some time of argument he left. Meanwhile I bought my medicines, went to the doctor, got the treatment for my grandson. I was also told to get the unused medicines refunded. I went to the shop and asked the attendant for the same. Some of my medicines were refunded but for some I was told that they were not bought from the shop. I told them that it is the only shop I went to. Then I showed them my prescription details and to my surprise I was also told that the said medicines were not written in that. I was surprised to know that literally they were not in prescription. Had I not witnessed the other man arguing due to same reason, I would have thought it as a human error. But now looking at it as some scam, is inevitable. When buying medicines, it is not every time possible to co-check the prescription bill with the medicines handed over to the buyer. The long list and the handwriting also make the task difficult. The medicines are returned so that wastage of them can be mitigated. But due to greediness, the pharmacists appear to be indulged in some corrupt activities. Not only is he earning illegal money due to false practices, by giving non-prescribed drugs they are putting the lives of patients in danger also. Kindly check into the issue so that such malpractices can be prevented.

IN HEART NEW OPD PGI CHANDIGARH ,MY RELATIVE IS ADMIT.HE IS ADMIT LAST18 DAYS THERE.WE COME HERE AS ON 30TH FOR ETHNOGRAPHY OF HEAR.THAT DAY SUGAR OF OUR PATIENT INCREASE.SO DOCTOR TRANSFER HIM IN GENERAL THIRD FLOOR WARD NO.-D TO DOCTOR YASHPAL SHARMA .IN EVENING PATIENT FEE; PAIN ON HIS HAND.HE START TO CRY,WE GO FOR DOCTOR ,BUT NO ANYONE COMES.AFTER THREE HOURS ONE PERSON COME HE GAVE HIM INJECTION.THEN PATIENT FEEL RELIEF.NEXT MORNING...
