When a person from staff want to consult dr.shrukhe dabla for their patient they restrict them and say be in queue and wait for your turn but when a person from their own profession such as security guard or class 4 they immediately allow them to meet doctor
So there is need to make them learn about IPR between them and nursing staff, doctor and their such kind of behaviour is also needed to be changed

My patient is transferd from emergency to ward due to pain in stomach and regularly latrining problem in wirhin halfour.

After transferd in ward no doctor is coming to see the patient
I discuss with doctor, but they not seeing the patient and saying that this is Government Hospital, here work is done as per government hospital.

One one bed 3-4 patient is lying and no proper availablity for cooling system even Fans are also not working. No desert coller available in room no_3.

Nobody is seriously about child health.
Only doctor's ego is there.

In pediatrics OPD doctors are not available after 12:00 noon. Many times they left at 11.30Am also. If they refer a patient to another department for consultation. After patient come back after consultation find that doctor is not available. They have gone and come to the next week. It's like a hareshment. Only one single doctor found after 12:00 noon and she said it's not my case, your doctor has gone, come to next week. There is not any teamwork in pediatrics department. They not consult with each other. Not take any responsibility.
So I have request to the please increase the OPD time in pediatrics department upto1:30 pm. So that patient not suffer

My patient operater 3days ago and then shifted to ward 1of pgims but after shifting till now no doctor visit to patient. Staff nurse also called for doctor many times but there is no doctor visit the patient for single time

I have patient card no.[protected] refer to ENT deptt. As on 16/3/22(wednesday) for biopsy but ENT dr. Advise for blood test, the same has done and report come but unfortunately there was govt. Holidays on 23/03/22

After that i vist on next Wednesday 30/03/22 and examine room no. 314 but on that day the dr. On examine duty I request present staff a lot plz proceed my biopsy test which already advise at my OPD card but she denie my every request

As I know the testing lab separate in PGI that why current dr. Not listen any request

I also went at help room of OPD but he also denie
I also ask a lot for complain register but they denied
I just a one question hospital like PGI if patient survive that type of difficulty than how it's improve staff not co-operate

I just wat to say only dental department work efficiently but other is so rudely

Most doctors of this hospital are extremely rude and arrogant. they have no manners on how to deal with patients. they blame the patients for being sick.
some doctors like dr rajesh rajput will order unnecessary tests from the lab of his choice. in the opd he was behaving rudely with his students

It's regarding maternity department .I went for the regular checkup and for ultrasound but one of the doctor was so rude in talking ..she was not even ready to listen my problem nor did I get an ultrasound ..

Patient name is Hans Raj who admitted in PGIMS Rohtak dated 16/08/2021 but till now 17/08/2021 at 3:47 pm no improvement in patient condition and doctor said for test and after report meet me in ward no3.
Collect the report 1:20 pm and after that go to ward no3 for meet to doctors but doctor was not present and patient condition is critical.

I am patient and my treatment is on way in PGIMS Dental but doctor takes 3 years instead of 1 year. Moreover, while asking for when to come he replied me that aap khi or se treatment kra loo . Such a bad behaviour.

Dear team i do my covid test on 18.11.2020 from phc bahal govt hospital but still i didn't receive my report. While calling with phc bahal they said that rohtak pgi didn't give any update regarding this.
This is a serious issue while I have to go out for many works. My sample id [protected] .kindly resolve this issue on priority

Behavior of doctors in Shyam lal building of pgims rohtak is very rude with patients. They don't even talk or listen to a patient properly. I am facing problems from last one week.even doctor doesn't come on their time .i have been waiting for HOD of cardiology from morning and now its 2 pm but clerk saying wait for some more time..its very ridiculous please help

Dear sir,
Hygiene plays an important role in any medical faculty. And it is the biggest difference we observe in a govt and private hospital. Although our hygiene staff put up a dedicated efforts to keep the standard high, the condition of toilets and bathroom of 75% of wc and bathrooms is pathetic. It includes bathroom of wards and outside gallery bathrooms. It is a serious concern. I agree people come to visit patient are the main reason behind it. I had to stay in hospital for 10 days and i observe this thing that people do spit anywhere, use wc and br and leave it filthy.
Some of the reasons behind it are as follows:-
1) unavailibility of water in wc and bathroom at many occasions.
2) less no of dustbins at various locations.
3) lack of awareness and uncivilised behaviour of peoples.
It is obvious that people themselves should understand the value of hygiene and be abide by the rules. And it is next to impossible to have a look on each and every individual view a large no of visitors on daily basis. However i would like to give some suggestion :-
1) maximum possible no of dustbins with clearly visible posters are to be placed.
2) water availability to be insured in all the bathrooms and wc 24x7.
3) maximum hygiene posters are to be placed with photos.
4) some digital board with hygiene video are to be placed to emphasize the value of cleaniness to the people.
5) a fine is to be put on people who spit, smoke or litter inside the primise of hospital.
6) all batrooms outside wards should be chargable with minimum amount, so that the money can be spent of maintenance of particular bathroom.

Need urgent help!

It is written that ct scan department is open all days and night but unfortunately doctors who are preparing reports are not available in hospital.

Ct angiography report is delayed by couple of days and still there is no clarity when i will get the reports.

Need your urgent help in getting the report as this is very critical report and can't be delayed anymore.

Sir myself yudhvir from vpo dhanana. On 22 october i came with my 65 yrs old father for his treatment opd room no 120. After watching ecg doctor urgently referred my father to room 127. When we go there dr कुलदीप सिंहlaller denay to watch my father and told to go back there. We request pls sir watch our medical document. He denay and send back to us.

In few days about 60 data entry operator and many other candidate is joining in pgims opd withot any recruitment in d. C rate. How to joining given on this candidate withot any recruitment. It is injustice onthose candidate who is come under educational unemployment.. Please provide information how t give appointment for many post in opd.in jan 2018.

Dr. Poonam dhankar, (Assistant professor in college of physiotherapy, pgims, rohtak) behaving like she own the whole department. Patient is not recovered after operation​. Still she can't walk proper. She (Assistant professor poonam dhankar) have issues why the patient is coming from 2 months. If the patient is not fully fit than why she have the problem to give proper treatment.

I was on my dental checkup in orthodontic department, and I found that in room no 26 doctors were using same clamp /their tools for every person "without sterilisation ".
Different patients have different types, levels of dental problems, in this way they were communicating diseases.
Sterilisation must be done Of their toolkit. Iam also feeling more problems than before as I was also in that line.

respected sir/madam... PGI medical is the only option for the people near rohtak where a common man feel his/her guardian who get admitted here is safe and get healthy. I have no doubt on the capability of doctors . but the behaviour o[censored]r doctors which are persuing MBBS degree And post graduation from here is very rude with the patients. they used to treat evry patient as slave. they did not know how to treat with elders... its my humble request to you please teach them first manners...

I am using broadband service of BSNL. Since past 2 months I have encountered a problem with it. It used to be disconnecting frequently every day. I am a doctor by profession in the field of medical research at PGIMS, Rohtak. I have to do most of my work through internet. I had come through lots of difficulty because of my broadband connection. I had complaint it previously last month. It had been rectified and there were no problem for 10 -15 days. But, again it occurs, and the problem is instability of DSL line. I had complained to SDO of my telephone line, he said it’s a problem of stability of DSL and no fault is there in my phone line. Then I complained in broadband deptt. and they had rectified it but again this problem occurs.
It has not corrected yet fully and I am suffering because of this. Kindly consider this and do the needful.
