In our locality there a pharmacy and when it started its shop it used to open for 24 hours of every day for at least 6 months in the beginning but then they started shutting it down after 1 am in the night. As name of the shop is 24 hours chemist but they are not providing the same hours as they have displayed in their billboard. And also they dont keep medicine stock apart from basic medicines. Sometimes they dont keep that too. they dont keep stock for emergrncy medicines which is need of an hour. They are not providing the services they are advertising and fooling people for charging extra money on Mrp. Pls look into this matter as soon as possible

In this pharmacy after 5 pm no pharmacist is present all medicine in despenced by non pharmacy in nagpur swasth aushadhi sawa nagpur dighori nagpur

In integral university shahjahanpur campus there are some teachers in faculty of pharmacy are very bad teachers and principal of pharmacy shahjahanpur campus also no interest to take class regularly and i request to pharmacy council of India please take quickly action against teachers

Hi sir, i am pharmacist in tamilnadu i am working in private pharmacy and it is big pharmacy in kanyakumari dist (joyra pharmacy it is in nagercoil. there have no pharmacist in the pharmacy still there only two pharmacist are there other above 20 workers are non educational members .the incharge plan to took all pharmacist outside and he dispense narcotics drugs and other inorder tablets manualy without pharmacist permission he doing illegal activity in the pharmacy pls check the pharmacy the guy name (ashanth )he is not a pharmacist he is uneducated if i asked he says i have the rights to dispense the narcotics ...how it i dont know...pls ride it rake immediate action on this...he took already two pharmacist outside without reason ...reason is this ...pls

This collage is the woriest collage in my life the collage lecturaras target the student who is asking que. regularly he uses the worest languages such ahe “you dont have the level to tech in collage and you need to leave the learning you waste your time in learning”
The result is tollay based on the student behaviour with teaches and the staff
Theu dont see the students mentality or student progress on study during the first year addmission process the show the biggest building which he said this is your pharmacy collage and when we take addmission in that collage the the show the anothers small house which having only 4 to 6 rooms all the 2 years are done on that 4 to 6 rooms
My request to the PCI please sir dont play with the students feeling about study 🙏🏻

In Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Pharmacy, Satna, M.P., there is no salary criteria for Pharmacy staff, here less experience candidate getting more salary than those who are getting more teaching experience in Pharmacy college and in this pharmacy college one teaching staff carry too much workload which is equals to 2-3 teaching staff.

Universal college of pharmacy is in bulandshahar up. All the documents of college are fraud and made by bhanu pratap and bhavya rastogi. I have also complained to pci many times but no action taken by pci. Please take action.

He is not co operative and in my opinion he is running Medical not under the regulatory of india...

For example He is one chemist and some under age guys are available at medical...
Childrens are running the medical...
Main Chemist person available for 8 hours... But Medical shop opening for 16 hours...
For Your kind reference he installed CCTV Camera in his shop so you get all information from there only...
And he is selling medicine without the Prescription From Doctor...
Also He is not even having Scheduled drugs Records...

I am student of ORIENTAL COLLEGE OF PHARMACY (Sanpada, Navi Mumbai), persuing T.Y B.pharm.
College is not allowing to sit in semester exam (SEM VI) because I'm not able to pay full fees, but I have paid much(49, 000/1, 40, 000), due to COVID-19 Pandemic my family was not ablt to earn any money, as my father is a carpenter due to which I'm not able to pay full fees(1, 40, 000)
I have explained situation and seek for help to principal mam but she says MANAGEMENT of our college is NOT exempting the fees and not allowing to sit in semester exam(SEM VI)
I hereby request you to do necessary action against PRINCIPAL mam and MANAGEMENT for not understanding the sensitivity of issues.
I hope you resolve the problem and help me to sit in semester exam(SEM VI).

Sir I gave a letter from my college side for updation of my college name on the Rajasthan pharmacy council portal at 25feb but till now it's not updated every time I do call them but they said registrar sir is not there.sir I also do mail but they not reply

Pharm in 2018 from jaipur national university (Jaipur) n apply in sept 2018 for registered pharmacist but it is not completed till now because the registerar is not available in rajasthan pharmacy council and noone other have authority to allow the license or do the registration.

I required my license for the business as soon as possible.

Please take action or help to complete my registration process.

I'm complaining against the jayraj medical stores mukhed that the store owner is not a pharmacist and he giving wrong medicine to the patients and in his store more than 90% of medicine is generic medicine he is making frood please do something and suspend the laisance of the medical store mr jairaj medical mukhed and make strict action against the medical store...

Or only 5 days me unka ragistration ghr aagya, what a speed yr, government ese bhi work karti hai, power of money,
Mjhe ese phle koi problem nhi thi, but jb esa hua toh mjhe bhut gussa aaya, ki esa bhi hota hai,

My name is charitra gour from ghaziabad u. P. I have come for registration for the pharmacist on 15/09/2016 at uppci, lucknow and received the receipt with serial no. 109377 and book no. 1094 after submitting all the documents and certificates.

But till now, the file for verification has not been sent to my college from uppci, lucknow. I have contacted so many people in uppci but i did not received any response from their side.

Some of the employee also demanded for bribe for this.

With reference to the above stated subject, I, Vishal Gupta, S/o Satish Kumar Gupta, permanent resident of 10-C-27 Mahaveer Nagar 3rd. Kota (Rajasthan) and currently residing at Mumbai, have to state as under:

That one Mr. Harimohan Gupta, S/o Mr. Balchand Gupta (registered pharmacist having registration number 14411 dtd 30/06/2005) has done his M Pharma from Shri G S Institute of technology & science, Indore (M.P.) in 2007 & B Pharma from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalya (Madhya Pradesh) in 2004. I wish to apprise your good self that he is involved in heinous crimes and various unethical practices (as mentioned below in detail) bringing disrepute to the renowned and respected profession of a pharmacist and a substantial threat to the general public at large.

It would not be out of place to mention that In terms of the provisions of the Pharmacy Act 1948 (“Act”), the Executive Committee may order that the name of a registered pharmacist shall be removed from the register, where it is satisfied, after giving him a reasonable opportunity of being heard and after such further inquiry, if any, as it may think fit to make, -

(ii) that he has been convicted of any offence or has been guilty of any infamous conduct in any professional respect which in the opinion of the Executive Committee, renders him unfit to be kept in the register, or

(iii) that a person employed by him for the purposes of his business of pharmacy [or employed to work under him in connection with any business of pharmacy] has been convicted of any such offence or has been guilty of any such infamous conduct as would, if such person were a registered pharmacist, render him liable to have his name removed from the register under clause (ii).

Considering above provisions of the Act & involvement of Mr. Harimohan Gupta in various crimes & unethical practices (as stated below), his name should be removed from the list of registered pharmacist with immediate effect :

Mr. Harimohan Gupta is under prosecution & currently on bail under Criminal charges (FIR no 54/2017 dtd 13.02.2017) under various Sections of Indian Penal Code, 1860 viz 354, 406, 498A (domestic violence, dowry etc.) and presently the matter is sub-judice in the Hon’able Court of Kota (Rajasthan). Hereto annexed and marked Exhibit “Annexure A” are Copies of the said Complainants/cases filed against the accused.
Involved in threatening people & creating nuisance in life of others. In this regard concerned police station has referred the matter to appropriate judicial authority for initiating actions against him. Please seek relevant information in this regard from "Nayapura Station, Kota (Rajasthan).
Evaded stamp duty on registration of property purchased in Kota (Rajasthan) & enquiry for the same is under consideration at relevant department. Information in this regard may be sought from relevant department based in Kota (Rajasthan).
May have lent his registered pharmacist licence for carrying out unauthorised pharmacy store and may have acted unlawfully and irresponsibly leading to life hazard to general public life.


Ïn this regard I wish to quote Hon’ble High Court of Bombay vide judgment dt. 15.3.2011 in W.P. No. 3698 of 2005 has upheld section 42 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 & did not allow the unqualified persons to continue to work in the matter of handling medicines by working as pharmacists since they are not qualified pharmacist under section 42 of the Act”.

Keeping in consideration the above instances, I firmly believe that your good self would take some serious actions against Mr. Harimohan Gupta and would remove his name from the register with immediate effect. It is hereby requested to kindly inform me the progress made in this regard on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com.

But its been more than one and half year months now and i havent received any communication from them.
