I have closed my loans but still showing overdue and not closed account
Hi, i have taken loans in phocket. But in their app it is showing closed but where as they not updated . Still showing overdue and active.
In cibil it is showing open.
And in experian showing as overdue and open.
Highmark and Crif - it is showing overdue and open
Kindly resolve the issue. I m loosing credit score due to thia

Non Closure of LOAN

I had taken a previous loan in Phocket which I closed on time, but the Phocket team is not getting the account closed in CIBIL. I have dropped an email to support team as well as Greviance team but no one is responsible to address my issue.
Even there are not sharing me the NOC of my closed account.
