We were scammed by the same builder. My father's hard earned money. We need help to complaint against such community fraudsters...

I have purchase one plot
No.99, Gat No. 1170/2, 1170/3, and 1226 for Rs. 346429 since August 2011 but registration of this not done.

These people are big tike crooks!. I have registery of Phoenix Heaven Gungakhedi (Bhopal) since 2013 & bought in 2011. Their Mansarovar Complex Office is locked permanently, all the contact numbers are not working. I have been to location, soon local people start re-doing farming on this plot land. I'm ok with reselling my plot back & get my money back.

Can someone update me about their case running in court.
