I ordered speria s9pro mobile from phonekart.in site the mobile showed on site look beautiful full notch display with 4gb ram/64gb internal but when i got the mobile and unboxing the mobile is very cheap and low quality mobile like rs 1000 enough for this mobile while i have already paid through Google pay rs.4443
So, kondly i request to you to return my money in account sir. When you don't have money then 4443 rupees is big amount for you similarly for me sir, i hope you will refund my money in account and you will certainly listen my complain sir i am sending the bill and image of mobile which i got

I have ordered speria a1 mobile from phoneskart shopping site. And payed 3999.20 rupees for that mobile via upi. After payment till now i haven't received any details regarding my purchased product. I tried to contact their customer support. But phone number is not available. And email id provided in the site is unavailable. Now i feel doubt about the genuinity of that shopping site.

I inform you that i have ordered a speria notch xr mobile on 21 august.but it was delivered me speria s1 on 27 august with no charger, no guiranty card, local battry and mobile also not working properly.
Kindly return delivered mobile and give my money as soon possible.

I ordered p20 phone from the site, a phone was delivered today which is not p20 it is smaller in size, a different model i had paid online money as advance n was cheated kindly blacklist this seller the site is a fraud n cheating customers why are these sites allowed to function there has to be a law against this fraudulent dealing, i will like a refund or the right phone to be sent to me, my mail is [protected]@gmail.com, my mobile is [protected]....

मेने सोनी एक्सपेरिया मंगाया था 4000 में मिल रहा था पेमेंट कार्ड की गयी थी जब मेरे पास मोबाइल आया और डिलीवरी वाला देकर गया तो मेने बॉक्स ओपन करके देखा तो उसमे एक चाइना का घटिया सा मोबाइल निकला जिसकी कीमत कोई 400 या 500 रूपये होगी मेरे पैसे खा गए ये लोग। जोकि यह मोबाइल चल भी नहीं रहा है .. मेरे और कोई डाटा भी नहीं है अब कोई रेसिट्रेशन भी नहीं है phonekart website पर अब मेरा डाटा भी नहीं कोई मेरी हेल्प करे और मेरे पैसे दिलाने का कास्ट करे l आपकी बहुत शुक्र गुजार रहूंगी

I had booked a mobile phone online on their website & paid already. The pop up message said i would receive email & message confirming dispatch & delivery of my order but now i can't get through their contact number & even their customer support email has failed. Kindly revert back after checking as i have made the payment for this online on 26/6/2019. Hoping to get a quick and fruitful resolution

I am buying a new phone on the phonekart.in and it was delivered yesterday but i am ordering speria a1 but a product delivered another and it have no name and no good feature and charger adapter is damaged and nothing is fine and not a battery condition is good and no storage and in which packing it came the name entered of this speria a1 but when i open the packing so the phone come another so please return it and contact to phonekart site person and giving my money or write product

I ordered speria p20 6 inch notch from the above mentioned website. The phone that I received yesterday was other than p20. Now the phone is not working. I consulted the service center. The person says there is no display in the phone and the battery is also damaged. So I will be thankful if you help me up to return my phone and get my money back. The amount is 4000. I request to stop this company from making fool of people and taking money from them. Plzz help me with the same.
