I'm velu from madurai. I ordered online shopping via from phones kart.in website 29.6.2019. Order number [protected]. That order delivered to 2.7.19. I order speriya s9 pro mobile. Im picked the parcel and open that. I'll shocked. That is damaged or used mobile. Not for speriya s9 pro mobile. Till that time i have tried to contact via mail and message. But till the time not reply me. My rs 3999 lose.
So please action this website.

I have brought a Sony Experia phone of Rs. 7649/- on 10/06/2019 at 1.58 pm, order of which is [protected]. It is still not delivered but amount was deducted from my bank account. But till date no update came not even a single mail or message. I tried to contact them at [protected]. But they disconnected the call. Kindly help me so that I can get my refund....
